problem with pailaka 73

Hello!

I'm doing pailaka quest Injured dragon, just killed Latana, the last npc showed up asking me to return the Spear, but when I try to return it shows the message: you are either not on a quest that involves this NPC, or you don't meet this NPC's minimum quest requirements. and i have the spear in inventory.

Can you help me pls?
