make offline shop available

dear l2dex staff, i understand that you need money for keeping the projects alive and donating for PA/Rune/some items helps that, okay.. but paying for offline shop as well is way too much. this should be a basic l2 privilige, please make it happen

You can always leave your pc open and shop open . There is no limit for l2 instances on arion
Arion offline shops ticket price on arion is 2.4€ perm . On previous servers were 6€.
