What is the penalty for this?

Hello so we were trying to farm and we pvped our way into a double room in Apostate ( so I think that is not a big of an offence ).
And the guy brought his friend several times to harass / kill us.
So it was Krassus, Gab and myself vs Atatu and BegbMo4ka and you can see there is a slight difference between us.
