server restart and bug on quest

[Golfi]

I need to pass the clan leader to another member, and need to know when will be the next server restart.

I read somewhere the server restart is done every friday, but seems today dont restarted.

Also, i cant finish the quest to get Proof of Alliance needed to level the clan to level 4.

Did all steps, and when the leader has the 3 herbs and blood of eva, and has to speak with the witch to remove the poison, the witch says "you're not on a quest involving this NPC".

tried to abort and restart the quest 3 times with equal result.

i suggest you get items for 4 and 5 lvl of clam in ceremony of chaos, since its easier, faster and user-friendly
