Help with HellBound quest

I'm on the 2nd stage triying to buy holy water, but the npc dont give me the option, what I can be doing wrong?

same with me. i just got native gears, transform myself into native but Bernarde NPC dont give me an option on chatbox to buy holy water.

or maybe im doin' smth wrong?I just got native set from the NPC,wear it ,transform into native and wanna talk with bernarde to get the holy water to kill dem undeads and then:

and im on this part:
Wearing these clothes transforms you into a native. Once hellbound reaches level 1 Remnant Diabolist and Remnant Diviner will spawn at the Ancient Temple. These are undead ghosts of fallen soldiers that can not be killed. To lay theyr souls to rest you need to use Holy Water on them once they HP reaches 0.

Why would you even bother with it, you don't need the holy water.
(I've completed the HB quest on Wrath back when I was playing here, I never did that part).
Proceed with the 30/60 items to get to Hude.
