Newbie-Friendly

Well, I've played here, on Dex, untill they closed it in 2012. I was gonna start playing again but I am not sure the community is still newbye friendly, seeming like most of the server has reached end-game.
I don't wanna play alone till im 85 so I'm here asking you, guys, what's the status on this?

There are many random parties for farm till 85. Also there are many small clans that obviously play more for fun - and so more friendly since a lot less competitive. I think it's like this on many servers nowadays, you have actually many small clans, with bigger number altogether than the big clans altogether
