Problem with change second class

Hi.

I have problem with changing class to destroyer on NPC Mr. Cat. Im on academy and have alrdy lvl 41. When i want change my class to titan, NPC say "Your level is too low for change proffesion ! "

Somone can help ?

Can you fix this? It's rather huge issue for new players.
Class change doesn't work for 1st and 2nd class either.
