is it possible to lower the number of required monsters killed in "Destroy Shilen's Creatures" campaign? at the moment it's impossible to finish because of the low population and interest.

finishing this campaign is opening Altar instance, which is main source of R95 gear. It could bring a little more action if that would be opened.
