It's really annoying reading this trade/hero chat spam, 30-60s should be alright, at least 10s for trade to block wall of text with the same WTB/WTS.
Also you should do black list with sentences for party room creation for ex: "WTS" "WTB "WTB" ">S" or block pt range 1-85
