pomader skill disapear after restart

after today restart the skill i aquired with holy pomander disapeared,i had to go pay 10kk and reset the skill to get pomander back ,to be able to aquaire skills again.Problem is now at every game restart i lose the skills and again i need pay 10kk.Char name is Omana.10x
