Virtual Machine error

As in the title whenever I try to run the game I get a virtual machine error.

I have windows 8.1 x64, without any virtual machine software installed (was mentioned in one older thread),
the client was freshly installed, and reinstalled few times

Tried updater, updater with deleted system folder, downloading fully updated system,
running directly, and through antiddos.

Are there any solutions?

EDIT:

Though on laptop with windows 7 x64 Pro it works, but it has way worse GPU and CPU,
so I would really prefer a working solution for windows 8

after a bit of further digging I found a solution.

apparently something called Hyper-V in windows 8 simulates (or even is) a Virtual Machine
