Subclass Certification

So i took books for sub certs and learned them and i have checked my passives on main and it doesnt show them and they are not even activating like warrior haste for example. When i change back to any subclass it says that i have already taken all of certifications, I cant even reset them. Wtf?

i thought it is PTS and bla bla bla but i saw these bugs and also that zoom when u can zoom from toi 13 toi 1 and still see ppl got me
