Global chat

So i was wondering, how its gonna be with Global chat? English only or gonna be russian involved too? Because one thing that looks annoying, when people start sell/buy shops they write everything in russian letters, so people from all over the world who doesnt understand russian get lost, and the only chance to check what they sell/buy is go check every single person who has opened the shop ... I don't mind ppl talking in global chat russian or any other language, but i wish Trade chat would be english only, and sell/buy stores too Any info about that yet?
