I have only one question
Adventure Guild NPC give buffs up to 86 lvl ? or i can use it event after 86 lvl

Im solo player so i dont care how long will take me for lvl up or farming or ...... if i have free buffs over 86 lvl

You can use basic buffs from adventurer's guide even after 86.
But try find a mentor if you are still bellow 86.

that cool btw what about population ? its ppl only walk in party? or i can find everywhere singles for pvp/pk ? at my lvl

Whats your current level?
GoD is based on party instances - solo farming is very limited. Single pvp also.
Till 85-86 you can go solo - after that find party or cp or clan for Kartia and daily quests.
Population... hmmm, if you looking for crowds, this isnt your place.
