I guess you're probably wasting your time.Most of the players will be russians.I don't think any oldschool internation players will join here.It's mostly kiddos and addicted russians.Good luck with that tho

A lot of ppl speak English on l2dex servers, it's quite fun.

Not on the c4 server.It seems like DEX doesn't care much about this server.It's mostly a project handled by the russians.
