Move character option - server Lionna

I need some support please (GMs) , I logg on site account , I go to service, I try to move a char from one account to other...and it says that: "you don.t have any charac on lionna, please create a charac then you can move your character." but the character it's on :/

Use other browser or clear coockies

we clean cookies and use another browser chrome, mozzila but the option in service move character is stil not working, i think is not activated

IE and Mozilla ... both same thing.
Can I tell you the characs that I want to be moved from one account to other on PM ? I let u both accounts with ToD on them ,and u just move "A" charac to account 2, and "B" Charac to account 1 ? if u could help pls thanks in advance!

Services are auto. Maybe try other pc.
