Cant play - why

Can someone help me im new here... Couldnt find "technical issues" under lionna so i must ask help here... I downloaded intelrude l2 and lionna partch exe. I even tried with full patch but when i log in i get disconnected after 1 minute every time. When unziping full patch i get error from rar manager that shield.exe couldnt be extracted... Then i tried that other patch but dont know did that one fix it. Anyway i get kicked whatever i do. Anyone have solution???

Download updater, put it in l2 folder, run it

I did. That is not the problem. I even created char and loged, but after 1 minute i get kicked off game. I tried several times downloading and unpacking interlude from Youre site and applying patch (i tried bioth full patch and autopatcher individualy). I even run that exe in system that temporary give me new ip but i still geting kick out game after 1 minute. Dont have any particular program runing in back except Razer game booster... In avg i added exception to whole folder so it shouldnt be a problem but i still getting kicked...

Since i tried everything. Can i contact someone who can provide me assistance remotely? I have prepared Youre interlude and patch zip (and exe updater)....
