Awekening skills !

So i want to know if after Awekening the old skills will be removed or they will be keept.
I belive it's best to remove the Skills from BA (Before Awekening).
And we got a problem in game that path of awekening does not work on some accounts and on others does work only on first char and the rest does not get any !
