Are there going to be drop spoil runes that increase the chance of drop and spoil? Or maybe it will be implemented in to premium account?

as i see PA doesn't increase drop/spoil. only exp/sp. at least in announcement post.
Thanks for reply "staff" I did log in to the open beta but there are no drop/spoil runes neither there is info on drop and spoil enchantments.

That means you get bad balance then - you'll get people getting exp runes having higher levels but lover adena.
Thats like.. their own decision?
