I dunno, the first one seemed to require admin acceptance or whatever and I thought I may have pressed some wrong button or accidentally hit backspace out of text which would've sent me to a backward page thus disabling me from actually making the thread.
The second time I tried, later on, it didn't ask for anything and went straight up.
I'm guessing the other one, that's non-sticky, should be deleted.
