BoM S grade problem

Dear Staff,
Could you please tell us please when the issue with Blacksmith of mammon S grade will be resolved? It is pretty important.
Two topics were made at this already:

I also submitted a ticket and tried to contact you through skype, but so far I received only ignoration.
Any ETA pls?This should be a simple fix taking like 10 minutes, since other options in mammon work fine.
