What's with Dark Barakiel in Elven Ruins?

What's with Dark Barakiel in Elven Ruins? Does it work? I never seen the boos in that room, or people waiting for it.

But normal barakiel place in Valley of Saints is always full.

Its because you dont know the respawn times of dark barakiel. And even if you knew it you cant take it because we hunting it daily.
