I think u shouldn't make a new server with new name... Just Start with next nanna or something...
This is non sens , sorry but i dont see idea here :

Exp: x20 for monsters up to 61 lvl
Exp: x10 for monsters after 61 lvl
Should be standard 10x or 20x
I would prefer x15-20x rates with buffs to max 74 lvl or 10x rates without buffers
in every options should be account's main + 2 box and 3 offline shops per pc

We whant open not hard server for summer, but something new. Like this dynamic rates server
