As the title says, i'm pretty convinced FRIENDLY debuffs are bugged :
--> If you use aura flash and get the aura flash debuff,it is counted as a normal buff and takes normal buff slot(so you cannot use aura flash fully buffed).
--> If you get healer debuffs,like greater healing wave debuff, on you, it is counted a normal buff and takes normal buff slot (so you lose buffs if you are fully buffed).
I'm pretty sure there are other examples, althought i haven't tested. If this is a game feature and not a design mistake,i'm sorry for bothering
