Main armor safe + HS buffs

Main armor parts go up to +4 safe? Dc, mj, etc (I only mean the main part not the whole armor)

Also is something wrong with buffs like malaria? From lvl 1 to lvl 9 in 1 second sometimes and others nothing.

We have our reasons to not block the exp and let ppl pay for clean pk. Sorry, but it won't change.
Also with "HS buffs" all is fine.

Actually HS buffs are not ok. Check it out. Many times I go from malaria lvl 0 to malaria 9 in 1 hit by the mob. 9 levels of malaria in 1 hit? It seems strange..

Also, I would like to know 1 good reason for why you made it this way. I love pks and still think this 2kk is a horrible idea. So why?

The enchant is standard, so safe is +3 and if i remember good the one-part (armor without stockings) is +4
