Question about 3rd class skillbooks

I've been looking at the server info page and I know the books are available at the NPC for ToLs.

After looking to actually go out and drop the books I need from the mobs that would usually drop them I noticed they are not in the droplist. Are those deliberately removed from the droplist of the mobs? (looked to see if that is the case but can't seem to find a statement on that in the server info)

If so what is the point of forcing people to farm ToLs to get books that are actually easier to just drop from mobs in a lot of cases.

I mean we have all skills till 3rd class on auto-learn and we still drop the useless books.

Yes, book for 3rd class you can buy only for TOLs, we delete them from mobs.

You mean that book for 2nd class we have on drop list?
Maybe we miss some, if you can tell where you get this books we delete them

As far as the second class books are concerned I have noticed that all of the mobs in Ivory crater. Sea of Spores, Enchanted Valley and more still drop spellbooks. There are probably other areas but if i notice them will let you know.
