0 Items / Quest

Im writting this post because i log today into the server and i dont have any items, my character is in Varka without Quests, ITEMS, 0 Adena, The skill Bar is clean. I dont understand what happened.

Any Admin can help me please?

Well, i lost all items.. just keep all items that have inside Warehouse. I trade it to another character.

But i dont understand, how i lost all my inventory items, Quest, and others things.

This should be addressed to the ticket, not forum. Create ticket pls and I'm sure someone will check this faster.
