It's been 1 week since i created a ticket and it's kinda urgent for me for this issue to be resolved..

I've heard nothing back and i've sent 3 times if there is any progress. Not even a whisper.

Is the ticket system working or not? I cannot use discord so I need to know

It's been more than 1 week. What do I have to do to get a reply????????????

It's a bug on a quest that doesn't update. If I wait a month for a solution what's the point????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you about location The Ice Queen's Castle and RB Ice Fairy Sirra. Start work from epilog not on Interlude

I can print screen you ingame map if you want. Location and Quests.

It exists in Interlude. You do "An Ice Merchants Dream" and "The Other Side of Truth" (this is the last IL quest that exists). It updates the Ice Merchant to farm silver hemocytes and opens the Ice Shelf to make Black Crystals and opens the shop to exchange.

And this is the official description of the quests if you look closely:

The Other Side of Truth: Learn the secret of the Ice Queen’s birth.

An Ice Merchant's Dream: Make a crystal out of Ice Shards and then gain entrance to the Ice Queen’s Castle.

It exists from C5. Not Epilogue, not H5, not anything.. It is in IL, it hasn't changed or been removed if you read IL patch notes.

But btw this is different than support needing 10 days to answer me.. :/
