"Can't run in this locale"

Hello,

a friend of mine got a weird error at login with "can't run in this locale" message.

Tried to reinstall and do update but nothing. He plays from UK.

What to do?

I'll do it as soon as I'm free from work, I asked to my friend to send me a screenshot of the error so it is easier and faster to pinpoint the problem.

Hey I've got the same problem

Try set in windows seting "region and language"
Region - Russia

Must help and write pls. This is a temporary solution.
