Unable to connect

Have some recommendation form dev team.

1. Reboot PC (maybe some old process dont close)
2. start launcher, if you get error dont close it
3. If have error - go to system folder and run l2.exe with open launcher

and then i got a same error like if i spam play button with a launcher... error: cant connect server! 1
and a strage think i got not this problem before... just after the last dc
