Unzip updater in clean folder, run it, click on Check Updates, then wait until all necessary files download, then press Start Game

When pressing "Start game" in launcher, nothing happens, launcher just closes.
When trying to launch directly through l2.exe I get this error. Tried all ways to launch game, no success. help?

Only one person from our CP got in, rest of us getting this error. We can't figure out why he's able to launch the game.

Did not help. I am getting the same issues as Hurma. I did installed the Microsoft Visual C++ as you suggested, but nothing happens.

Run as administrator or maybe try turn off your antivirus temporarily.

Tryed both ... still same error

Why I can't find event log?
Launcher is raw, it should give errors instead of just closing, so the issue could be seen

Exactly, im here to test and help, but writing something so silly like install redist to advanced user is insulting.
Instead of writing this, could give actual response to my question.
