Question Lvl difference to get xp

What is the limit between 2 chars lvl for both to get xp? i tryed with a lvl 11 and lvl 29 and i'm not getting xp on the lvl 11 one

I subscribe, i think max lvl difference for not getting EXP is 20, so lvl 14-19 differences ?
Anyway, the max lvl diference for decent farming would be a max 9 where you still have 78%, meaning 22% exp penalty.
After that, it drops drastically !!!

Sorry i'm saying, but i don't think this is default, because we all know the default absolute party exp penalty is 20 levels gap, and first biggest gap where u should get exp is 19 levels, where u should get at least 30% of the exp toked by the highest party character. Mob exp penalty should be according with the exp penalty of the highest level character in party, if the highest character see the mobs green, blue or dark blue, and should be applied to all the party ! If u're too big go elsewhere, u disturbing others These should be the fair settings which would make all the players happy
