Pailaka (the lvl 61 one) bug

Hello,

I have an issue with the instance zone timer. Whenever I try to enter the lvl 61 one it wouldn't let me, saying that the other pailaka (lvl 36 one) is still in use. But I have finished that one yesterday.
I have 2 other chars and I never had this problem. Although, come to think of it, I never did the 36 pailaka with them

Could you please advise what I can do to solve this problem?
