Question Help me for login screen. I can not pass.

Hi,
I have login problem but i couldn't understand the reason. I can not continue to next step as you can see from the picture.
What i tried;
Delete system folder and full check,
Deactivate firewall and try,
Started as system administrator,
Account is active, i can login from a different PC,
I run compatibility mode as Win 7.
I am waiting for your valuable comments.

On another PC same game client? If yes than something with you system.
Idk try add to exeption l2 fodler of antivirus or win security

Delete system and make full check
