Gameplay:
  • Anakazel increased chance to UP SA13 lvl from 15% to 75%.
  • Decreased Magic Crit.Power. From x4 to x3.
  • All summons max lvl 80 after enchant.
  • Redesigned clan wars icons for more comfortable.
  • Reduced price for 21 - 22 Buff slot books in Black Marketer Mammon.
  • Noblesse Blessing buff has been changed to a “trigger,” so it no longer occupies a buff slot. With this change, noblesse can no longer trigger Mental Shield / Bless the Body / etc. This can create problems for some classes in the upcoming Oly. So, we change the “Fortune of Nobless” skill, and now you can use it to get the positive effects from buff sticks (Hell knight - Mental Shield, Staff of Evil Spirits - Bless the Body etc)
  • Auctions from Giran Harbor and Item Brokers start to work.
  • Added exchanged Seal Stones to AA from Black Marketeer Mammon
Skill changes:
  • Bluff - increased activation rate.
  • Blinding Blow - increased activation rate.
  • Bison - decreased cooldown.
  • Frenzy - decreased cooldown.
  • Guts - decreased cooldown.
  • Zealot - decreased cooldown.
  • Anchor - decreased activation rate.
  • Summon Reanimated Man - decreased cast time.
  • Summon Corrupted Man - decreased cast time.
  • Summon Cursed Man - decreased cast time.
  • Aura Symphony - increased cooldown.
  • Elemental Symphony - increased cooldown.
  • Blizzard - increased cooldown.
  • Inferno - increased cooldown.
  • Demon Wind - increased cooldown.
  • Raging Waves, Cyclone, Gehenna, Volcano - increased cooldown twice

Thank you! This sounds great! Although is blinding blow still gonna take a buff? can that be changed please?? it shouldn't take a buff slot.

Thank you for taking into account our suggestions and comments.
Those changes seem as a good improvement towards a better, more balanced game-play.
Let's see how they actually work out in a more long-term phase toward mid and end game of the server.
I hope that the majority of players also appreciate this and we find outselves having more fun.

Why did you lower the damage from MAG crit? Archers will deal the same damage as before, while mages will deal less. And so after all, the chance of a mage crit is lowered to 20% possible.
It will turn out that the mages will fall from 1-2 Archer's crits, and then what should the mages do?
Then the fighters also need to lower the damage from the crit. Or if you want to weaken mages, then lower the cancel chance and make a return of buffs (after cancel) in 7-10 seconds, as well as damage from bubbles. It will be much more playable.

Because it’s not possible to get 5k crit from a mage in B grade!

This is normal for B costume jewelry, probably still hung and debuffs. Have fighters much more HP, to the same chance mage crit 20% (have archers much higher chance crit). Mages will fall with 1-2 krits from the Archer, but the archers will not die so quickly.

Did your eyes fail to see that the server is 90% mages? What does that tell you? that they were not OP? HMMMM

every TVT event was 70% mages, 20% archers and 10% mixed bag. yeaaaaaahhh 7 k critical from mage is just normal when ur TTS set is not +50

GM I have a great suggestion make TVT reward more PVP like - give us boxes that can give us goodies like normal enchants, TODS(few), CP POTIONS, Greater healing potions ETC

there is no have reason to touch anchor of necromancer
well. soultaker vs mystic muse.
if MM hit soultaker = soultaker win cause transfer pain

max %20 magic critical rate all mages not much diffirent

if MM hit cursed man = its 11k hp need 3x magic critical nonstop for kill cursedman and hit soultaker ( MM need 11k + 7k = 18k damage for win against soultaker with only hit 900*1000 damage 3x mc = 10k + 7x normal total = 18k and there is never 3x mc...

and necro only need 7k if no magic 7 hit, if 1 magic 3k + 4 normal = 5 hit ) server skill reuse only items and buffs ( no casting speed ) all mages skill reuse's same casting speed no important.

and why pet buffs allowed ? for full b grade elemental masters make aoe with strider ? resist buffs dont working lets go change server name l2dex to l2summon
this guy is my 15 years friend. But I have to say this to him, hey bro are you really wanna kill soultaker with mystic muse ? xd gl.

i try bluff 10 time 0 chance. still necro op with cursed man. you dont remove pet buffs and elemental master making solo aoe in pi with out item only c grades
That's not how you test the success rate of a skill...
You mist do 100 tests and see how many out of 100 land, and there is your land rate...
15 bluffs, is nothing :)

Your logic amazes me :D

Take 10/100 succesul bluffs = 10% success rate
20/100 = 20% and so on...

If you land 0/100, then ye, it's a problem... You land 50/100 then stop complaining.

Tests should be done with full CON and stun resistance, and also without these resitance buffs, and then take the two results and sum them up, and you will get an average of the succes land rate no matter the opponent
