What is the respawn for regular bosses ? Beetween 60-75 level

To get a subclass faster
It would help a lot to have Cabrio and the other 3 raids - spam more often or at an exact time - posted on the website.
I am a casual player - and i find it hard to be online exactly when Cabrio is being killed.
