Question Smart cubic

Hi everyone,

Does smart cubic exist on interlude?

l2j.ru interlude database says that we don't have it on IL.
Meanwhile on this server tanks and summoners have it (except Spectral master) .

Is this intended? Why would Spectral master be nerfed?

I dont know, who told you taht we have smart cubic on other classes, we dont have
