Flu/Malaria sounds removal suggestion

Hi everyone!

Didn't find the suggestions section so posting here. I though it would be a good idea to remove flu/malaria sounds from the server side to avoid the crowd moaning in the cities & other crowded zones.
There are a lot of players using curses to improve their stats, however that sound make the whole sound thing in this beautiful game so ugly..
