How comes that everyday , after window of 2 h starts a couple of random playes gather a random pty for last hit quest, even if we wait almost 2 h , EVERYTIME a party of full war clan appeasr EXACTLY 5 second before raidboss spawns? I noticed this 3 times in a row. I mean they don't appear 1 min later after spawn, they don't appear 5 min before spawn, they precie arrive 5 second before RB ON? Is there any program that u can pay to know exactly this stuff? It has been 1 week, day by day, same issue. As a random u better delete this quest, or i dunno, make the spawn smaller so can all AT LEAST HAVE A CHANCE !

You are right, control game announces in game.
Here you can see announce before any RB spawn.
