Cant connect "you have been disconected from server"

Hello guys.

my friend has downloaded all the files and followed all the installations steps. but when he try to connect after the continent selection a message appear that say " you have been disconected from server"

He made everything and he still cant connect.

can u guys help me to solve this?

Turn off illegal software and delete it

Same problem start for me today, yesterday worked without problems. I dont use any software

Did u check news? Or announcements in game?

Without update u will be kicked on proxy screen. You can update it right now!

We release new version of updater who have PROBLEMS with old:
NEW version, with minimal functions. Please download it, extract in l2 folder, run it and make UPDATE.
On new version we don't have customise, but will be in ~1 week.
