Hey im wondering about dagger skills reuse time. I know that reneval and champion do reduce physical skills cooldown. There always was opinion that a.speed in Interlude reduces cooldowns but i checked:
i removed haste, zerk, dance of fury -> dash cooldown didnt change at all
1. Is this Interlude clinet so much modified for 'balance' that a.speed do not affect phys skills reuse?
2. Is a.speed only working for offensive skills like blows stabs etc.? and i cant figure it out couse it always shows me 2 seconds cooldown? Bcouse for example a.speed modifier do reduce cooldown but its like 0.3 second and i cant notice it?
