PATCHNOTES (SPRING 2022)


Hi, Dexters!

Here is the latest changelist for upcoming update on union server!
Most of these changes were installed on summer x300 Skadi server, but today we slighly updated this list.
Also keep in mind that we have plan to make some additional changes before the next x50 seasonal server.
Maybe not so much changes with skills, but some gameplay changes is coming before november 5 ;)

General changes
Changed prices at the Hellbound Shop.
Added new items to Olympiad Shop.
Changed items at Loyalty Shop.
Improved assortment of Town Auctioneers at Giran, Aden and Rune.
Implemented new TvT system.
Improved assortiment of Giran Harbor Fair.

Epic Respawn Changes
Valakas and Antharas will only appear in the world during the weekend to make it comfortable for players from all regions to fight for them.
If the dragon is not killed within 12 hours of spawning, it will die automatically without a drop and you will have to wait a week or two before its next respawn.
Antharas will appear every Saturday between 23:00 and 0:00 (UTC +2).
Valakas will appear every 2 weeks on Sunday from 23:00 to 0:00 (UTC+2).
Freya, according to the same logic, will always appear on Friday from 23:00 to 00:00 (UTC + 2).
The rest of the bosses will keep their current logic, but the new time of their appearance is indicated in the table:



I also want to note that for Europe the UTC + 2 time zone is less comfortable in summer, but in autumn, due to the transition of most European countries to winter time, the situation will look more comfortable.


Olympiad Changes
  • Enable hwid limitation for Grand Olympiad Games (in test mode). Only 1 character from 1 hwid can register at the same time.
  • Reduce time of Grand Olympiad Games from 7 to 3 days (Friday-Sunday), but increase the duration of Olympiad Games (additional hours). After some tests on Skadi x300 we decided to leave 7d olympiad fights.
  • Bestowed rewards for Olympiad Quests and Chests.

General Skill Changes
Increased combat state duration from 15s to 30s.
Nobless Blessing - cast time increased from 0s to 0.7s.
Battle Force - increased bonuses to P.Atk from 5/10/15% to 10/20/30%.
Spell Force - increased bonuses to M.Atk from 5/10/15% to 10/20/30%.
Item Skill: Party Recall - increased cast time.
Added restore HP effect for all HP-increasing buffs at buff book.

Item Skill Changes
Improved and Blessed Necklace of Frintezza added to the game.
Infinity Spear - Decreased number of cancelled buff per crit from 2 to 1.
Removed life stone skills Music Clarity and Music Refresh.
Masterwork bonus skill "Great Gale" - increased Atk.Spd. bonus from 5% to 6%.
Masterwork bonus for Bloody Orchid was changed from Concentration to Earth.
Mirage {PvP Weapon} - decreased probability of target cancel from 80% to 50%.
Special Ability: Critical Drain changed to Leech - 9% melee physical damage leeched as life.
Special Ability: HP Drain changed to Leech - 9% melee physical damage leeched as life.
Special Ability: Light changed for Duel - increases damage dealt in pvp by 10%.
Special Ability: Critical Bleed - Increased chances of bleed activation. Bleed now also decreases target's movement speed by 20%.
Special Ability: Cheap Shot - Allows to use general bow attacks without consuming MP. Reduced physical skill mp consumption by 15%.
Special Ability: Guidance - increased bonus, now grants 10 accuracy.
Special Ability: Evasion - increased bonus, now grants 10 evasion.
Special Ability: Back Blow - increased critical damage from behind by 20%*.
* - Game uses complicated damage formula, not just simple multiplying all bonuses. So real output damage can be lower than 20%. From our tests all bonuses for "crit dmg from behind" increases real damage rougly by 50% of named value, so +20% crit dmg from behind will increase your damage from backstab by +/- 10%.

Mages
Hurricane/Prominence/Hydroblast - Incresed effectivenes of enchant routes which decreases resistances. (from -10% to -20%)
Elemental Symphony/Storm/Assault - reuse delay increased from 600s to 900s.
Aura Symphony - reuse delay increased from 600s to 900s. Cast range decreased from 900 to 150.
Arcane Shield - reduced damage consumption from 85% to 80%. Increased reuse delay from 300s to 900s.
Seed of Darkness changed for Seed of Derangement. Seed of Derangement - increases mental attack effectiveness by 20%.
Corpse Burst - increased reuse delay from 12s to 20s.

Daggers
Lethal rate of all dagger abilities (except Lethal Blow) decreased 2 times.
Shadow Step - increased skill reuse delay from 30s to 60s. Moved from talents to regular skills and can be obtained at lvl 40. Added enchant route to decrease reuse delay (-1s per enchant).
Trick - added new enchant route "Chance".
Switch - added new enchant route "Chance".
Throwing Dagger is replaced by Exciting Adventure at talents. Exciting Adventure - Increases Evasion by 10, resistance by buff-cancelling attacks by 80%, chance to avoid physical abilities 40%, lethal attack rate +30%, Speed +20. Cooldown 600s.
Shadow Step is replaced by Throwing Dagger at talents. Throwing Dagger - increased activation rate.
Mirage - decreased probability of target cancel from 80% to 50%.
Wind Step - removed 10% bonus to critical damage, but increased bonus to skill reuse from 10% to 25%. Increased reuse delay from 15s to 30s.
Wind Riding - increased reuse delay from 300s to 600s
Critical Rate (passive, plains walker only) - increased bonuses of enchant route "Power"
Ghost Walking - increased reuse delay from 300s to 600s
Critical Damage (passive, abyss walker only) - increased bonuses of enchant route "Power".

Archers
Evade Shot - Increased attack power. Increased Evasion bonus. Added bonus 10% chance to avoid skills. Increased reuse from 75 to 150 seconds. Reduced duration from 30 to 15 seconds.
Evade Shot - improved enchant routes. As example with full enchanted skill you can get +25 Evasion OR +25% chance to avoid physical skills.
Hawk Eye - added effect of increasing Critical Damage by 5%. Added new enchant routes "Power" which allows to increase Critical Damage up to 10%.
Seven Arrows - increased skill reuse delay from 15 to 20 seconds. Increased skill cast time from 3s to 4.5s. Increased MP cost from 81 to 200.
Snipe - Increased power of enchant route "Power".
Flame Hawk - decreased burning damage from 400 to 300.
Arrow Rain - Increased activation rate. Decreased reuse delay from 30s to 15s. Decreased skill power from 13124 to 9840. Added debuff which decreases target's resistance to Bow attacks by 20% (in addition to root). Skill damage is not affected by hold resistance/chance anymore.
Step Back (trigger) - Duration 5 seconds. Added chance to cancel the target of an attacking enemy. Reuse delay is increased from 15s to 30s.
Rapid Fire - Increased power of enchant route "Power".
Painkiller - Can be used only if your HP is lower than 50%. Increased duration from 8 to 10s. Decreased reuse delay from 600s to 300s.
Ghost Piercing - skill power decreased from 14852 to 11882. Increased reuse delay from 30s to 60s. Slightly increased activation rate.
Dead Eye - Increased power of enchant route "Power".

Tanks
Deflect Arrow - changed enchant route Power to increase resistance to bow attack up to 50% (was 40%).
Aggression, Aura Hate , Trubinal, Judgment and Arrest now generates much more Hate.
Shackle, Mass Shackle - increased chance. Generates more Hate.
Shield Slam/Shield Bash - slightly increased chance to remove target.
Knighthood - bestowed enchant values.
Added new passive skill with a trigger buff effect - Patience. Patience - When taking significant damage from a single hit, decreased damage received in PvP by 20% and increases skill power by 20% for 5 second.
Shield of Faith - increased bonuses to P.Def and M.def from 10% to 50%. Decreased cooldown from 150s to 120s.
Flame Icon - Increases bonuses. For 30 seconds, increases resistance to de-buff attacks by 80%, P.Def. by 50%, M.Def. by 50%, accuracy by 6 when a sword/blunt weapon is equipped, moving speed by 30, Atk. Spd. by 30% when a sword/blunt weapon is equipped, critical rate by 100 when a sword is equipped, critical damage by 100% when a blunt weapon is equipped, and resistance to buff canceling attacks by 80%. Decreases the effect of recovery magic by 80%.
Insane Crusher - now can cancel up to 3 buffs. Increased area of effect from 250 to 300.
Lightning Strike - increased base activation rate from 40% to 60%

Warriors
Master of Combat - bestowed enchant routes.
Duelist Spirit - Bestowed bonuses from enchant route Power from 25% to 30%.
Weapon Blockade - increased chance. Decreased reuse delay from 30s to 20s.
War Cry - added enchant route Power which additionally increases P.Atk.
Frenzy/Guts - base cooldown increased from 240s to 300s.
Zealoth - base cooldown increased from 240s to 300s.
Rush - base reuse delay is increased from 30s to 60s.
Lionheart - Decreased resistance to buff-cancelling attack from 80% to 40%.
Madness of Pa'agrio - increased penalty for P.Def and M.def from 30% to 50%.
Fine Tuning - increased transfered bonuses power from 50% to 100%.

Bards
Can learn max level of Deflect Arrow. Now skill can be enchanted.
Can learn max level of Ultimate Defense. Now skill can be enchanted.
Can learn max level of Heavy Armor Mastery. Now skill can be enchanted.
Song/Dance duration was changed according to skill description (so, base duration is 120 seconds now. It only affects skills of BD and SWS, but not the buff book).
Protection of Faith was added for Sword Muse and Spectral Dancer at lvl 78. Protection of Faith - For 15 seconds, protects choosen party member with a shield which increases their P.Def. by 1000, M.Def. by 1000 and transfers 80% of received damage.
Inner Rythm - bestowed enchant route Power.
Song of Purification - chance to remove debuffs increased from 50% to 100%.
Battle Whisper - added passive bonus which increases damage dealt in PvP by 5%. Increased trigger duration from 10s to 15s.
Sword Symphony - added enchant route "Chance".
Real Target - increased duration from 10s to 30s. Reduced re-use delay from 15 to 8s.
Psycho Symphony - added enchant route "Chance". Increased effect duration from 10s to 15s.
Added skill Song of Elemental. Increase resistance to elemental attacks by 30%. (can stack with other resistances)
Demonic Blade Dance - added enchant route "Chance".
Demonic Blade Dance - Increased skill power 2 times. Added effect which decreases enemies resistance against dualsword weapon by 30%. Increased effect duration from 10s to 30s.
Poison Blade Dance - added debuff which decreased effectiveness of HP recovery magic by 50%
Defense Motion - added passive bonus which increases resistance to damage in PvP by 5%. Increased trigger duration from 10s to 15s.
Stigma of Shilien - increased duration from 10s to 30s. Reduced re-use delay from 15 to 8s.
Added skill Dance of Alignment. Increase resistance to Holy/Dark attacks by 30%. (can stack with other resistances)
Dance of Medusa - increased activation rate.

Healers
Word of Fear - added enchant route Chance.
Major Heal - bestowed enchant route Power.
Major Group Heal - bestowed enchant route Power.
Mana Burn - increased debuff duration from 5s to 10s. Bestowed activation rate.
Mana Storm - increased debuff duration from 5s to 10s. Bestowed activation rate.
Prophecy of Water - bonus for critical chance of magic attacks increased from 50% to 100%.
Prophecy of Wind - bonuses for critical rate and critical damage from behind increased from 20% to 40%.
Mental Impoverish - increased base chance from 60% to 80%. Added enchant route Chance. Decreased reuse delay from 30s to 15s.
Vampiric Touch - can be learned to lvl 20 (Shillien Elder only). Added enchant route Power.
Added skill Surrender to Unholy for Shilien Elder. Reduced resistance to Unholy attacks by 30%, but increases resistance to Holy attacks by 15%.
Added skill Throne Root to Shillien Saint. Throne Root - Causes hold on nearby enemies for 10 seconds and makes them lose 180 HP and 90 MP every second.

Enchanters
Warcryer and Overlord can learn Hammer Crush to max lvl and enchant it.
Steal Essence - bestowed enchant route "Power".
Enlightenment of Pa'agrio - bestowed bonus to M.Atk from 10% to 30%.
Added skill Battle Force to Doomcryer.
Added Chant of Elemental to Doomcryer. Increases elemental resistances of all party members by 30%. (replaces elemental protection)
Burning Chop - moved from "Talents" to regular skills. Added enchant route "Power".
Burning Chop talent was changed for Great Fury.
Great Fury - when use "Burning Chop" there is a chance to increase nearby party member's P.Atk, Atk.Spd and Critical Damage with blunt/fist weapon by 30% for 15 seconds.
Aura Sink - Added enchant route Power.
Chant of Life - changed abnormal type. Now it counts like a healing potion. Doesn't take a buff slot. Bestowed enchant route Power.
Freezing Flame - Added enchant route Power. Increased base chance. Decreases movement speed by 20%.
Venom - added enchant route Power. Decreased power of HP recovery magic by 50%.
Seal of Blockade - reduced skill reuse delay from 75s to 45s
Heart of Pa'agrio - changed abnormal type. Now it counts like a healing potion. Doesn't take a buff slot. Bestowed enchant route Power.
Soul Guard - bestowed enchant route Power.

Summoners
Mass Surrenders (Fire/Aqua/Wind) - can work together with regular surrender. So you can get -30% fire resistance from Surrender to Fire and additional -30% from Mass Surrender to Fire.
Aqua Swirl - can be learned to lvl 36. Added enchant route "Water Vulnerability". Same effect like enchanted Hydroblast.
Twister - can be learned to lvl 36. Added enchant route "Wind Vulnerability". Same effect like enchanted Hurricane.
Blaze - can be learned to lvl 36. Added enchant route "Fire Vulnerability". Same effect like enchanted Prominence.
Servitor Share - Extends the summoner's abilities to the servitor. Using the summoner's abilities as the basis, extends to the servitor P. Atk./M.Atk. by 50%, P.Def./M.Def by 50%, Max HP/MP by 50%, Critical Rate by 50%, Atk. Spd. by 25% and Casting Spd. by 25%.
Excessive Loyalty - increased bonus critical rate and critical damage increased from 20% to 50%. Increased resistance to de-buff attacks by 50%.
Warrior Bane/Mage Bane - added debuff which prevents receiving corresponding buffs for 10 seconds

General Information
Over the years of work our project obtain a lot of new content and features.
This allows our players to play for a long time even at high rate server and keep their interest in the game.
But also this huge amount of new content make server look slightly different than some people expect.
So, based on the feedback and wishes of our players, this season we want to go BACK TO THE ROOTS .

The main goal of these changes will be to give you the opportunity to stop endless farming and focus more on pvp.
Usualy we open new content pretty quick. This forces you to farm everyday a lot to get the best equipment.
This time we will open new content more smoothly and slowly. This should allow you to leisurely reach the gear cap for the current Episode and spend the remaining time for PvP.
Also we reworked our schedule and concept to make server look much more closer to CLASSIC INTERLUDE in first month.
We will open Hellbound from Episode 5 (November 13).

Here is key points for new season:
  • NO GCM until Episode 4. Due to this change, it will be much more difficult to obtain skills enchanted to 20+. As a result lower skill level, less chance to apply debuff, fewer debuffs in pvp.
  • NO CYCLIC MACROS until Episode 5. Years ago we introduced cyclic macros to make people's routine easier, but for many it has become even harder. Players start play with boxes to farm in background. Run L2 on 2nd PC etc... That's why we will try to disable cyclic macros for one month from server start. This will allow you to enjoy the game in one window and not worry about someone else getting more benefits from multibox or multiPC.
  • NO INSTANCE ZONE ABUSE. Well, we do not remove them completely. But we open them slowly, step by step, mostly for solo players. As example for the majority of players there are no point to farm B-Grade kamaloka on 1st week. Same for Low A-Grade instances on 2nd week etc. But for newbies who play few hours per day these instances should help to catch up others.
  • NO HELLBOUND for one month from server start. We'll give you more time to enjoy the classic Interlude Chronicles locations. Of course, we will do our best to make sure you don't get bored until Hellbound opens.
  • NO TIER 4 TALENTS. We will no longer force you to rush 93 talent points just to make your class playable. All Tier 4 talents now will be available from skillbooks. So you can drop it from Hellbound Raid Boss or purchase from other players, double click and enjoy. But keep in mind most likely these books will be pretty expensive at the beginning. But don't worry! Starting from Episode 7 these books will be available at Grand Olympiad Manager. As for passive skills from Tier 1 to Tier 3 - yes, you still need farm it. But for sure they are not so important as old Tier 4 and you can get them later without rush. Also such system is much more user-friendly if you will decide change your class.
  • LESS CUSTOM SKILLS for each class. For each class we will remove from autolearn 1 custom skill (made by L2Dex in the past). As example for dagger classes it will be Shadow Step, for summoners - Servitor Evolution. Full list of skills you will find at the table below. All these skills will be available to obtain from spellbooks, starting from Episode 4.
  • LESS TVT ACTIVITIES at first weeks of the server. We have received many complaints that players are too tired of the number of TvT events at the start of the server, but cannot skip them because there are valuable rewards. On the other hand, many people like these event. Therefore, we decided not to turn off TVT completely, but significantly reduce the reward. Thus, now you can skip TVT and not regret it. Starting from Episode 4 we will activate TvT seasons and expand list of rewards, so true TvT warriors will have an opportunity to show who's the number 1 here.


General Changes
- Changed respawn point of Catacomb and Necropolis Guardians. Now they always appear at 1-st room near entrance. Info about their respawn added to alt + B.
- Increased drop chance for full items from regular Raid Bosses.
- The amount of experience received for various raid bosses has been balanced between themselves (regular, hellbound, instances, catacomb, fortress etc). Globally, the amount of experience gained from RB has been increased, but for some bosses it can be lower than before.
- Changed drop in Fortress/Castle instances (reworked chances). Removed GCM, but added Potion of Training 50% (20 min).

Client Changes:
- Added new panel "Set Library".
- It allows you easily re-equip different sets without macroses and taking shortcut slots.
- Also you will not unequip set if double-click by mistake.


NPC Shop Changes:
- Decreased price of Modern Buff Book at Adventurer's Guildsman. Added an option to purchase 7/15/30-day books for tickets.
- You don't need Fame to purchase T-Shirts at fortress NPC.
- Decreased prices for "God's T-Shirts" from 25kk to 10kk (Tailor Nali at Giran Harbor).
- Temporary epic jewelry from Adventurer's Guildsman can be purchased only at Union server.
- Removed any option to get GCM before Episode 5 (Hellbound). After that GCM will be available to purchase from Black Marketeer of Mammon, Trader Joseph and Grand Olympiad Manager.
- Added huge resource packs to Giran Harbor Fair event.

Forge of Gods
- Increased amount of adena drop at Forge of Gods by ~30%
- Increased prices for S-Grade recipes at Vulcan from 1500 to 2000.
- Fixed issue when some monsters didn't give Quest Items (chance is still random, but now all mobs can give QI).

Imperial Tomb
- Increased prices for S-Grade recipes at Ghost Adventurer from 1500 to 2000.
- Increased amount of adena from Halisha's Treasure Chest (appears at the end of 4 sepulchers) by 10 times.

Primeval Island
The main goal of the changes was to make the dark side of Primeval Island a point of interest for clans in the first weeks of the server. Now getting spellbooks during the first episode will be much more difficult.
Each dropped out "Day of Doom" will cost more than usual and each "Raging Waves" will change the balance in mass pvp!
But don’t worry, starting from the Episode 2 an Awakened Sailren will appear on server and you are guaranteed to get 3 spellbooks for a single farm.
So, here is list of changes:
- Added spellbooks drop to common Sailren (x1 random book guaranteed).
- Increased spellbooks drop from Awakened Sailren (x3 random books guaranteed).
- Significantly decreased chance to drop spellbooks from Tyrannosaurus.
- Removed spellbooks drop from dinosaurs at "Light side" (exception: Elroki can drop with low chance).
- Removed High and Top LS drop from dinosaurs at "Light side".
- Decreased Tyrannosaurus P.Atk and Max HP.
- Increased Elite Tyrannosaurus Max HP.
- Changed respawn for Elite Tyrannosaurus from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Total amount of Elite Tyrannosaurus is 2.
- Increased chance to drop Blessed Enchant Scrolls from Tyrannosaurus and Elite Tyrannosaurus, but removed regular Enchant Scrolls from drop.
- Increased chance to drop High LS from Tyrannosaurus and Elite Tyrannosaurus, but removed all other LS from drop.

Soul Crystal Changes
  • Added chance to up SA 10->11 and 11->12 on Shadow of Halisha. Chance: 15% EVERYONE.
  • Increased chance to up SA 10->11 and 11->12:
    • Ember from 5% to 25% EVERYONE.
    • Tyrannosaurus from 5% SINGLE to 3% EVERYONE.
    • Elite Tyrannosaurus from 25% SINGLE to 10% EVERYONE.
    • Awakened Sailren from 20% SINGLE to 25% EVERYONE.
  • Increased chance to up SA 12->13:
    • Elite Tyrannosaurus from 10% SINGLE to 5% EVERYONE.
    • Awakened Sailren from 3% SINGLE to 10% EVERYONE.
    • Lilith and Anakim from 10% EVERYONE to 25% EVERYONE.

Instance Zone Changes
Most instance zones are not available from the start of the server and will be opened with episodes.
From start you can enter B-Grade Rim Kamaloka and Fortress Instances. Other instances unlocked during episodes.

Hellbound Changes
- Hellbound Trader Joseph sell keys for craft S-Grade items only at Union server.
- Hellbound Trader Joseph sell resources only at Union server.
- Changed spoil at most areas. Now instead of Hellbound Coin you can get S-Grade keys for craft and some high resources.
- Decreased stats of monsters in Cursed Village, decreased respawn, removed spoil and changed drop. In total you should be able farm charms x5 times faster than was before.
- Crystal Prison instance doesn't require 3 crystals to enter, but you need these crystals to open Baylor's Chest with a reward. This way, if you fail instance by any reason, you won’t waste your crystals and can easily re-enter.

Item Changes
Changed SA Critical Poison and SA Critical Bleed - now increases the effectiveness of Poison/Bleed attacks by 20% (was 40%).
All damage from poison from SA Critical Poison decreased from 200 to 160.
Activate rate for SA Critical Poison at Bows decreased from 80% to 40%.
All damage from bleeding from SA Critical Bleed decreased from 196 to 120.
Activate rate for SA Critical Bleed at Bows decreased from 50% to 20%.

Increased chance to craft masterwork items from 6% to 8%.
Reworked some bonuses of masterwork items:
  • Dark Crystal Heavy set:
    • Dark Crystal Breastplate - increased effectiveness of HP recovery magic from 12% to 20%.
    • Dark Crystal Gaiters - increased effeectiveness of HP recovery magic from 2% to 12%.

    • Tallum Robe Helmet - decreased resistance to bleed/poison from 20% to 12%.
    • Tallum Robe Gloves - decreased resistance to bleed/poison from 13% to 8%.
    • Tallum Robe Boots - decreased resistance to bleed/poison from 13% to 8%.
  • Tallum Leather Armor - additionally increases Max MP by 500.
  • Nightmare Robe set:
    • Robe of Nightmare - increased bonus to M.Atk and MP Regeneration from 5.2% to 9.6%.
    • Helm of Nightmare - increased bonus to M.Atk and MP Regeneration from 0.62% to 2.4%.
    • Gauntlet of Nightmare - increased bonus to M.Atk and MP Regeneration from 0.41% to 1.6%.
    • Boots of Nightmare - increased bonus to M.Atk and MP Regeneration from 0.41% to 1.6%.
  • Armor of Nightmare - additionally increases P.Atk by 5.2%.
  • Imperial Crusader Breastplate - changed bonus from 4.8% P.Def to 48% Shield P.Def and Max HP from 480 to 960.
    • Imperial Crusader Gaiters - changed bonus from 185 HP to 370 HP, changed bonus from 2.08% P.Def to 20% Shield P.Def.
    • Imperial Crusader Helmet - changed bonus from 111 HP to 222 HP, changed bonus from 1.25% P.Def to 12% Shield P.Def.
    • Imperial Crusader Boots - changed bonus from 74 HP to 148 HP, changed bonus from 0.83% P.Def to 8% Shield P.Def.
    • Imperial Crusader Gloves - changed bonus from 74 HP to 148 HP, changed bonus from 0.83% P.Def to 8% Shield P.Def.

Changes in target limits for AoE skills
During the summer season we introduced a limit on targets that AoE skills can hit at one time.
A few days ago, one of our players discovered a bug due to which all AoE limits were approximately 2 times higher than stated.
In the new season, we fixed this bug and also changed some limits. How many targets a specific skill can hit can be seen in Alt+B.

Changes to existing skills
Regular skills: (available from start)
This list can be updated before server start.
Symbol of Resistance - grants immunity to buff-cancelling attacks (instead of immunity to debuff attacks).
Howl - removed penalty to M.Atk.
Counter Shock - increased duration from 5s to 20s, decreased chance to trigger effect from 10% to 3%.
Lethal Shot - increased base chance to for lethal attack from 3% to 4%. Skill enchanted +15 Chance has 6% (was 4.5%) lethal attack chance. Chance for half-kill increased from 6% to 10%.
Lethal Blow - increased base chance to for lethal attack from 2% to 3%. Skill enchanted +15 Chance has 4.5% (was 3.5%) lethal attack chance. Chance for half-kill increased from 6% to 10%.
Snipe - enchant route Power now also increases the ability power (up to 20%). Reminder: when you enchant skill on "Power" instead "Decrease Penalty" - you can't move.
Entangle - increased range from 600 to 750.
Hamstring Shot - skill power increased 2 times. Supplements the user's P. Atk. with 3946 (was 1973) Power to decrease the enemy's Speed by 30% for 1 minute.
Counter Dash/Counter Rapid Shot/Counter Might - effect duration decreased to 20s. Chance to effect trigger is the same - 10%.
Spoil Crush - Attacks the enemy with 4616 Power added to P.Atk. Decreases target speed by 30% for 30 seconds. Causes a change inside the monster while attacking the enemy and permits use of the Sweeper skill. Requires a sword or blunt weapon to be equipped. Over-hit and Critical are possible. Added new enchant options. Power, Chance, Time.
Spoil - Increased power of DoT effect when enchanted.
Mass Spoil - Increased power of DoT effect when enchanted.
Counterattack - additionnaly increases P.Atk with daggers by 100% (clarification: this affects damage from counterattack, because it depends only on your P.Atk and not on damage received).
Lightning Strike - increased bonus of enchant route Power. +30 skill has 150 Power (was 130).
Life Leech - increased skill power to 60 (was 54). Increased bonus of enchant route Power. +30 skill has 75 bonus to M.Atk (was 64).
Freezing Strike - increased bonus of enchant route Power. +30 skill has 100 Power (was 77).
Divine Power - Additionally decreases damage received in pvp by 30%.
Benediction - decreased reuse time from 15 minutes to 1 minute. Increased bonus of enchant route "Bravery", now +30 skill recovers 4000 CP for party members.
Prophecy of Wind - decreased resistance to debuff and buff-cancelling attacks from 30% to 20%.

Skills from spellbooks (from Episode 4 or 5):
Shadow Step - now can be learned only from spellbook (starting from Episode 4). Cannot be enchanted. Reuse delay 30s.
Seed of Derangement - now can be learned only from spellbook (starting from Episode 4).
Mental Impoverish - now can be learned only from spellbook (starting from Episode 5). Cannot be enchanted (not enchanted skill now had the same stats like max enchanted before change).
Arrow Rain - decreased poison damage from 160 to 120. Weakness to bow attacks increased from 20% to 24%.
Painkiller - removed Dizziness effect.
Blazing Boost - When used, increases movement speed by 30 for 5 seconds.
Corpse Absorption - Bonus to P.Def. changed for M.Def. Changed bonus "Critical Damage from behind +100%" to "Critical Damage +33%".
Insane Crusher - Removed cancel. Unleashes a powerful strike with 8409 Power added to P. Atk. and Dark Curse to surrounding enemies when rage reaches its peak. Decreases Max CP by 90%. Decreases P.Def/M.Def by 30%. Decreases resistance de-buff/buff-cancelling attacks by 30%. Decreases effectiveness of receiving HP recovery by 30%. Requires a sword or blunt weapon. Ignores shield defense. Critical and Over-hit are possible. Target Limit increased from 10 to 18.
Wrath of Shilen - increased target limit from 10 to 18.
Fire Vortex Buster/Ice Vortex Crusher/Wind Vortex Slug - increased damage from 200 to 250.

New Skills
(obtainable starting from Episode 4 or 5)
(Fortune Seeker) Eye for Eye - For 10 seconds increases your P.Atk with Blunt weapons by 100% and returns damage from close range physical attacks and skills back to the opponent.
(Duelist) Counter Rage - when attacked have a chance to increase your PvP damage by 15% for 20 seconds. Chance to trigger effect is 3%.
(Grand Khavatari) Counter Critical - when attacked have a chance to increase your Critical Damage by 15% for 20 seconds. Chance to trigger effect is 3%.
(Sagittarius) Bleeding Shot - Supplements the user's P. Atk. with 6030 Power to fire a jagged arrow, causing 80 HP of bleeding damage per second for up to 20 seconds. Decreases the enemy's Speed by 20%. Requires a bow. Over-hit and Critical hit are possible. Reuse delay 30s.
(Moonlight Sentinel) Multiple Shot - Attacks multiple enemies in front of you with 4680 Power added to P. Atk. Over-hit and Critical hit are possible. Requires a bow. Reuse delay 20s.
(Ghost Sentinel) Death Shot - Fires a special arrow with a 50% chance to inflict a lethal hit on the enemy. Can be used when HP is under 10%. Requires a bow. Reuse delay 300s.
(Titan) Expose Weak Point - Exposes the enemy's weakness and decreases their P.Def by 20% for 20 seconds when you are under attack. Chance to trigger effect is 3%.
(Eva's Templar/Shilien Templar) Iron Shield - For 20 minutes increases Shield Defense by 20%. With a certain chance increase resistance to melee attacks by 20% for 10 seconds when attacked.
(Phoenix Knight) Challenge for Fate - Provokes enemy to attack and for 10 seconds returns 20% of received standard short-range damage back to the enemy. Range 400. Reuse delay 45s.
(Cardinal) Divine Curse - Autolearn at level 79. For 2 minutes, casts the wrathful curse of the gods to decrease the effect of recovery magic by 50%. Decreases 15 HP every second.
(Cardinal) Sublime Self-Sacrifice - Sacrifices oneself to allow other party members fully recover their HP/MP/CP and to become invincible for 15 seconds. Reuse 30 min. Does not take up a buff slot.
(Soultaker) Death Mark - Marks the enemy with a Death Mark. For 20 seconds blocks resurrection. Range 600. Reuse 120s.
(Archmage) Throne of Fire - Uses the power of Fire to burn the enemy for 10 seconds, causing loss of 180 HP per second for 15 seconds. Has a chance to extend burning when enemy takes damage. Cast range 600. Reuse delay 60s.
(Mystic Muse) Throne of Ice - Summons a blast of icy air that chills the enemy, increasing their skill reuse delay by 30% and causing loss of 180 HP per second for 15 seconds. Cast range 600. Reuse delay 60s.
(Storm Screamer) Throne of Wind - Uses the power of a storm to weaken the enemy, decreasing Atk.Spd and Casting Spd by 23% and causing loss of 180 HP per second for 15 seconds. Cast range 600. Reuse delay 60s.
(Dominator) Seal of Limit - For 2 minutes, blocks CP/HP/MP recovery of nearby enemies by 70%.

Talent Tree Changes
Removed Tier 4 from Talent Tree. Now Talent Tree consists of 90 passive skills.
All skills from Tier 4 now can be learned with Forgotten Scrolls at level 80.
You can get these scrolls by drop from some Raid Bosses at Hellbound (starting from Episode 5).
Also 1 skill from each class was removed from autolearn and now can be learned at Level 79 from spellbooks.
All these Forgotten Scrolls can be purchased for Olympiad Tokens at Grand Olympiad Manager (starting from Episode 6).

Patchnotes - Spring Season (2024)



Dear players, we present a list of changes that will be installed on server with the launch of the new season (April 20).
Some of these changes were already installed on union server, we decided to keep this info so that players who left before the merge would be aware.
The Union server will receive this update a few weeks after the start of the new season.

The list may be changed or supplemented before the start of the OBT (April 16).

Clan Changes
  • Only 50 members (this value may change depending on expected online) from same clan or alliance can be inside pvp area at exact epic boss. Other members who enter zone will be teleported to town.
  • Clan limit is increased from 100 to 200 members.
  • Penalty for leaving clan increased to 24h(for all).
  • Increased amount of CPR in reward for quest Clan's Fame, Clan's Prestige and Clan's Reputation.
  • Added new daily quest for CRP Clan Dedication. Quest starts at Grand Master Valdis at Town of Rune. Hunt Pterosaur and Elroki to get Dinosaur Horns. Farm 25/50/100 Dinosaur Horns and back to Valdis. Your clan will get 500/1000/1500 CRP, depending on amount of horns you farm.
  • Astarte no longer sell CRP at services.
  • Skills Clan Cyclonic Resistance and Clan Magmatic Resistance can be learned up to level 3 (15% resist) at clan level 11.
  • Learned clan skills apply to all clan members, regardless of their social rank. As you know, in the original L2 there is a complex system of social ranks and, depending on the rank, the player receives the effect of clan skills. We decided to simplify this system and now if a CL has learned a skill, then all members of the clan will receive it, but because of this change some skills can be obtained by regular clan members earlier than usual. As example Clan Cyclonic Resistance can be obtained by all clan members starting from clan level 7.

General Changes
  • All MP potions now have one cooldown group.
  • Increased basic weight limit +150000 (was +50000).
  • Following skills now learned automatically: Expand Storage, Expand Inventory, Expand Trade.
  • Buff book profiles are separate for each subclass. Regular Buff Book allows to create 1 profile. Modern Buff Book allows to create 10 profiles.
  • Buff book DISABLED inside Antharas Nest and Valakas Lair.
  • Slightly changed TvT points formula.
  • Queen Ant respawn changed back to 1 day. Chance to drop ring also back to 30%.
  • Traders at Giran Harbor Fair will not sell temporary epic jewelry until Episode 4.
  • Astarte sell "Box of Life Stones". Can generate from 1 to 3 "High-Grade Life Stone - Level 76 (Loyalty)" per day. 33.3% chance for each option. Double-click to open.
  • Astarte sell Greater Dyes (+4/-4) for adena.
  • Astarte no longer sell Life Stones on seasonal servers (but still available on union server).
  • Astarte no longer sell A-Grade item recipes from start, but they will be added later, during Episode 2 (check roadmap).
  • Added option to exchange C/B/A/S crystals for Auxiliary Stones at Luxury store.
  • Added an option to upgrade regular body armor to masterwork body armor. To upgrade a body armor to masterwork you need x100,000 Crystals of corresponding grade, x1 Neolithic Crystal and some Mammon's Varnish Enhancers. (for UNION server price will be higher, you will need x1,000,000 Crystals !).


Location changes
  • Minimum amount of players needed to enter Rune/Hellbound/Fortress/Castle Prison instances is decreased from 6 to 3.
  • Catacomb/Necropolis Keepers moved a little bit deeper inside. They can spawn only at nearest to entrance big room (with square pillars). Increased respawn time from 1h to 3h (+/- 15 min, same as before).
  • Fortress/Castle Prison: reduced amount of Enchant Scrolls and Potions of Training in drop. Increased Max HP of raid bosses.
  • Rim Pailaka: increased damage of monsters, increased P.Atk and Max HP of bosses. Different bosses now have 50% resists to different weapons.
  • Rim Kamaloka: monster race at S-Grade Rim Kamaloka changed to "undead" with immune to lethal attacks. Also greatly reduced chances to drop any recipes at all kamalokas.
  • Hellbound - increased attack and defense of Bleeding Fly, Emerald Horn, Dust Rider, Blackdagger Wing, Muscle Bomber, Spike Slasher, Shadow Summoner.
  • Ancient Temple Remnants - changed monster AI, attacks Master instead of Summon with highest priority.
  • Anomic Foundry - changed monster AI, Overseers attacks Master instead of Summon with highest priority.
  • Steel Citadel - simplified floor for bards and tanks.
  • Cursed Town - increased HP regeneration of all monsters.
  • Emerald Square: zone gives effect "Emerald Light" which increases Speed by 20, but makes impossible to use Dance of Shadow. Increased monsters damage.
  • Steam Corridor: Increased monsters damage. Increased P.Atk and Max HP of Kechi guardians.
  • Crystal Prison (Episode 7: Tiat): Increased Baylor's P.Atk and Max HP. Added small chance to get Earring of Baylor from the chest.
  • Giant's Cave (Episode 11: Giant's Legacy): Changed monsters at lower levels to make that spot more party-oriented.
  • Execution Ground (Episode 12: Cursed Treasures): Significantly increased Max HP of Cursed Guillotine raid boss. Reduced amount of spoil from Mandragoras. Increased amount of drop from Trees.
  • Changed entrance to epic boss Freya (Episode 6: Ice Queen). Read more.
  • Added new PvE epic boss Tiat (Episode 7: Tiat). All details will be added later. Can drop Necklace of Tiat.

As example if you have Gloves +7, Boots +5, Helmet +6, Body Armor +9 your set bonus will be from Set +5.

Talent Changes
  • We slightly reworked a way of learning talents. Now when you reach level 80 and 100% EXP you can get x1 Talent Point.
  • With help of Talent Points you can learn talents as usual, the only difference is that you can as example get points at Titan, but learn talent for Cardinal.
  • Also you can reset your points, get X Talent Points depending on amount of points and then learn talents on new subclass.
  • Physical Power talent - gives 1% P.Atk + 40 P.Atk (was 1.2% P.Atk).
  • Magical Power talent - gives 1% M.Atk + 40 M.Atk (was 1.2% M.Atk).
  • Physical Focus - gives +10 critical chance per level (same like few seasons ago).
  • Improved Haste talent - gives 0.6% Atk.Spd. + 10 Atk.Spd (was 0.8% Atk.Spd).
  • Improved Acumen talent - gives 0.6% Casting Spd. + 10 Casting Spd. (was 0.8% Casting Spd).
  • Improved Concentration talent - bonuses increased from 10 to 20 per level.
Achievements System
Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot provide much information, since the system is still under development.
In short, it will be something like a list of one-time quests for which you will receive rewards.
Quests will be divided into 12 chapters. For completing all quests in a chapter there will be a good reward (for example, a skill book or 13 Soul Crystal etc).
We will try to complete the system before the start of the season, but perhaps it will be added later.

Changes to Item skills
Special Ability: Magic Hold renamed to Hold Enhance - old mechanic reworked. Now it increases effectiveness of Hold attacks by 15%.
Special Ability: Magic Silence
renamed to Mental Enhance - old mechanic reworked. Now it increases effectiveness of Mental attacks by 15%.
Special Ability: Magic Paralyze
renamed to Paralyze Enhance - old mechanic reworked. Now it increases effectiveness of Paralyze attacks by 15%.
Special Ability: Magic Poison renamed to Poison Enhance - old mechanic reworked. Now it increases effectiveness of Poison attacks by 30%.
Special Ability:
Sleep Enhance - increases effectiveness of Sleep attacks by 15%.
Special Ability: Miser
is replaced with Rsk.Focus. Increases critical rate by 130 when HP is lower than 60%.
Item Skill: Paralyze - decreased activation rate from 80% to 40%. Also keep in mind that chance the skill will be triggered is 4% (if attack is a trigger) and 10% (if critical hit is a trigger).
Fixed issue when debuff from "Chance" Item skills cannot be cleansed.
Increased cooldown of defensive triggers from Item Skills (when enemy hits you) from 5s to 30s.

Item Changes
Necklace of Tiat - new S-Grade epic item. MP +42, Resistance to Mental/Hold attacks +10%; Mental/Hold attack rate +10%. Increases heal amount by 8%. Magic Critical Rate +25%. Drop from Tiat (details will be added later)
Earring of Baylor - new S-Grade epic item. MP +31, Resistance to Dark attacks +10%. Resistance to Shock/Hold attacks +15%; Shock/Hold attack rate +15%. Decreases physical skill MP consumption by 10%. When equipped with two identical earrings, only one effect is applied. Drop from Baylor.
Ring of Earth Wyrm - new A-Grade epic item. MP +17, Resistance to Mental/Sleep attacks +5%; Mental/Sleep attack rate +5%. Increases M.Atk by 4% and Casting Spd. by 4%. Resistance to Earth attacks by 10%. When equipped with two identical rings, only one effect is applied. Drop from Trasken (details will be added later).

Ring of Core - grants a new active skill "Ring of Core: Maximum Clarity". Reduce MP cost of physical skills by 100% for 30 seconds. Cooldown 10 minutes. Can be used at Olympiad.
Earring of Orfen - grants a new active skill "Earring of Orfen: Maximum Clarity". Reduce MP cost of magic skills by 100% for 30 seconds. Cooldown 10 minutes. Can be used at Olympiad.
Imperial Staff - "Special Ability: MP Regeneration" changed to "Special Ability: Sleep Enhance".
Bow of Peril - "Special Ability: Guidance" changed to "Special Ability: Rsk.Haste". Increases attack speed by 12%. when HP is lower than 60%.
Saint Spear - masterwork effect was changed from Destruction (5% P.Atk) to Concentration (10% skill damage).
Damascus*Damascus dualswords - when enchanted to 4 or higher increases Critical Rate by 109 (instead of +6 accuracy). Masterwork bonus is changed from "Earth" to "Lightning".
Avadon Sets additionally increases resistance to Mental Attacks by 20%.
Zubei Sets
additionally increases resistance to Paralyze Attacks by 20%.
Doom Sets
additionally increases resistance to Hold/Sleep Attacks by 20%.
Blue Wolf Sets
additionally increases resistance to Stun Attacks by 20%.

Changes to Character skills
All classes can learn 3 new passive skills from books on level 79: Protection of Rune, Protection of Elemental, Protection of Alignment.
Runes can be obtained from monsters in MoS/Pagan. MoS - upper floors. Pagan - beyond 2nd gate. Books with runes replaces lvl 79 skill books in droplist.
Protection of Rune - increases M.Def by 5%.
Protection of Elemental - increases resistance to Fire/Water/Wind/Earth attacks by 10%.
Protection of Alignment - increases resistance to Unholy/Holy attacks by 10%.
Sword/Blunt, Polearm, Fist, Dual, Dagger, Bow, Two-Handed Mastery - Enchant Power +30: increases P.Atk by +5% (was +some small flat bonus).
Bless Shield -
Increases Shield Defense Rate by 30% (was 60%) for 20 minutes.
Wisdom - decreased bonuses from enchant. So, +15 skill gives 35% resistance (was 50%).
Sprint - when enchnted on Freedom increases resistance to speed-decreasing skills by 3% per enchant (was 2%). +30 skill gives 90% resistance to slow. Improved enchant branch "Dodge". +30 skill gives +8 evasion (was +5).
Rush Impact - Cooldown decreased from 30s to 20s.
Howl Spear - new skill for Dreadnought at lvl 79. Throws a spear to attack enemy with 3196 Power. Have a chance to cancel buffs that increases the enemy's Speed or P.Def. Requires a spear. Can be enchanted on Chance or Recycle.
Fell Swoop - additionally increases P.Atk with polearm weapons by 25%. Can be also learned by Warsmith and Fortune Seeker.
Braveheart - Increased amount of CP recovered from 1000 to 1500. Also increased amount of CP recovered when enchanted (was +150, now +500). Cooldown decreased from 150s to 120s.
Weapon Blockade - Cooldown decreaseed from 20s to 16s.
Sonic Move - added enchant Time. Skill enchanted +30 Time has total duration 30 seconds.
Counter Rage - increased chance to trigger effect from 3% to 5%.
Counter Critical - increased chance to trigger effect from 3% to 5%.
Expose Weak Point - increased chance to trigger effect from 3% to 5%.
Enuma Elish - increased power from 9090 to 13635. Additionally decreases enemy P.Def by 10% and shield defense rate by 100% for 30 seconds. Has a chance to remove buffs increasing shield defence and shield defence rate.
Fatal Strike - increased cooldown from 3s to 6s.
Crush of Doom
- increased cooldown from 7s to 10s.
Madness of Pa'agrio
- additionally increases Critical Damage with sword/blunt weapons by 30%.
Mass Disarm
- decreased activation rate from 60% to 30%.
Ultimate Escape - new self buff skill for Fortune Seeker at level 79. Increases the user's Evasion by 35, Speed by 66 and physical skill Evasion Rate by 35% for 20 seconds. Cooldown 15 min.
Shoulder Charge - can be used with any weapon except Bow.
Blunt Mastery - increased bonus to Atk.Spd. with blunt weapons when enchanted on Swiftness (up to +10%).
Hamstring Shot - decreased base duration from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. Decreased reuse delay from 60s to 30s. Added enchant route "Time". Enchant route "Time" adds +2 second on each level.
Arrow Rain - decreased activation rate from 80% to 60%. Weakness to bow attacks increased from 24% to 30%.
Bleeding Shot
- decreased cooldown from 30s to 20s. Increased bleeding power from 80HP/sec to 120HP/sec.
Dead Eye - added new enchant branch Power. Increases skill power by 30% (+30 Power).
Heavy Arrows - new toggle for Sagittarius/Moonlight Sentinel/Ghost Sentinel at level 76. Increases effectiveness of stun attacks by 15%. Increases physical skill MP consumption by 30%. Continuously consumes MP. Can be enchanted on Power (25% effectiveness at +30 Power).
Bull's Eye - new active skill for Silver Ranger at levels 58/66/74. Increases critical rate and critical damage in front by 5/10/15% for 5 minutes.
Counter Dash - autolearn by Sagittarius at level 79.
Counter Rapid Shot - autolearn by Moonlight Sentinel at level 79.
Counter Might - autolearn by Ghost Sentinel at level 79.
Mind's Eye - new selfbuff for Sagittarius/Moonlight Sentinel/Ghost Sentinel at level 79. Can be obtained from skill books. For 30 seconds, opens the eye of infinity to increase Accuracy by 10, Atk.Spd by 100, Casting Spd by 100 and resistance to debuff attacks by 80%. Cooldown 15 min.
Enlightenment Wizard - new skill for Archmage/MM/StS/Soultaker. User receives mystical enlightenment for 20 seconds, increasing magic critical rate by 50%, Casting Spd. by 30% and decreasing MP consumption by 90%. Cooldown 5 min. Skill Book drops from Hannibal (Episode 5 - "Hellbound").
Throne of Fire - instead of prolongation of the effect now it decreases enemy P.Atk and M.Atk by -30%.
Throne of Ice - increases enemy skill reuse delay by 50% (was 30%).
Throne of Fire/Water/Wind - autolearn by Archmage/MM/StS at level 79. Can be enchanted on Recycle or Chance.
Fire Vortex Buster/Ice Vortex Crusher/Wind Vortex Slug - can be obtained from MoS/Pagan (Episode 4 - "Holy Grail War").
Seed of Wind/Water/Fire/Derangement - additionally increases MP cost of magic skills by 15%.
All spells with enchant branch for elemental vulnerability were weakened. As example Hurricane "+30 Wind Vulnerability" decreases target elemental resistance by -10% (was -15%).
Arcane Shield - For 10 seconds, decreases the damage received by 90% (was 85%) and turns the remaining damage into MP consumption. Blocks any MP recovery. Cooldown is 900s (was 600s).
Solar Flare/Shadow Flare/Solar Spark/Shadow Spark - decreased cooldown from 8s to 6s.
Death Mark - autolearn by Soultaker at level 79. Additionally decreases resistance to debuff attacks by 20%. Decreased duration from 20s to 15s. Decreased reuse delay from 120s to 60s. Can be enchanted on Time or Recycle.
Summon Reanimated/Corrupted/Cursed Man - increased cast time from 6s to 15s. Can be used without corpse but still require bones.
Throwing Dagger - changed damage formula, now damage calculated the same as for Deadly Blow, so depends on crit power. Power increased from 3488 to 5232. Additionally decreases enemy resistance to mental attacks by 20%.
Mirage
- additionally increases effectiveness of Mental attacks by 15%. Added enchant branche which improves effectiveness up to 30%.
Blinding Blow - additionally increases effectiveness of Mental attacks by 20%
Dodge
- added enchant branch "Recycle". +15 decreases reuse delay by -15s.
Counterattack - added enchant branch "Recycle". +15 decreases reuse delay by -15s.
Exciting Adventure - have a 20% chance to trigger Endless Adventure buff when under attack. Endless Adventure - increases resistance to debuff attacks by 80% for 10 seconds. Endless Adventure can be extended with 40% chance when under attack.
Wind Riding - have a 20% chance to trigger Wind Gust buff when Deadly Blow skill is used. Wind Gust - increases attack speed by 25% and decreases physical skill reuse by 25% for 10 seconds. Wind Gust can be extended with 40% chance when Deadly Blow skill is used.
Ghost Walking - have a 20% chance to trigger Ghost Sprint buff when under attack. Ghost Sprint - increases Speed by 30 and become fully invisible for 10 seconds. The Ghost Sprint is canceled if you take damage or any action other than movement is initiated.
Silent Move - additionally increases resistance to elemental damage by 15%. MP cost increased 2 times and now consumes 18 MP/Sec.
Veil - skill completely reworked. Now it is a self buff, which grants 30% chance to dodge magic damage, but blocks the ability to dodge physical skills for 30 seconds. Cooldown 5 minutes.
Hamstring - decreased base duration from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. Enchant route "Time" adds +1 second on each level.
Shield Deflect Magic - increase reuse delay from 30s to 60s.
Insane Crusher - additionally to current effect can remove buffs that increase Atk. Spd., Casting Spd, M. Atk. and Speed from the enemies (works same as Warrior/Mage Bane, but not blocks receiving buffs).
Corpse Absorption - Buff has 10 stages instead of 100. Each stage lasts 2 minute. So in 20 minutes after last usage of Life Scavenge, effect will turn off.
Flame Icon - buff effect changed to "trigger", so not takes buffslot. Resistance to debuff attacks is decreased to 40% (was 80%).
Soul of the Phoenix - removed resistance to debuff attacks.
Touch of Eva - buff effect changed to "trigger", so not takes buffslot.
Boost Morale - new self buff for Swordsinger and Bladedance on levels 43/55/66. For 1 minute when using a sword/blunt weapon/dualsword, increases one's own Accuracy by 8, Critical Rate by 150, and Critical Damage by 30%. Cooldown 5 minutes.
Stigma of Shilen - additionally inflicts a curse on the enemy which have a chance to restore 300 HP to attacker when damaged.
Dance of Medusa - decreased activation rate from 60% to 30%. Each enchant step on Chance gives +2%, so +15 skill has same chance as before change.
Berserker Stance - new toggle skill for Bladedancer on level 40/52. Decreases P.Def. by 10% and Evasion by 4. Increases P. Atk. and Atk. Spd. by 8% and Accuracy by 4. Continuously consumes MP proportionately to the user's level. Can be enchanted on Power or Cost.
Increased maximum range for servitor, before it will be teleported to master from 1800 to 2400.
Mage Bane - decreased base chance to remove buffs from 25% to 20%. Cooldown increased from 9s to 15s.
Warrior Bane - decreased base chance to remove buffs from 25% to 20%. Cooldown increased from 9s to 15s.
Servitor Evolution - Buff has 10 stages instead of 100. Each stage lasts 2 minute. So in 20 minutes you will have max effect.
Servitor Trait - improved all bonuses 2 times. As example +0 skill gives 30% (was 15%) shock effectiveness, +15 skill will give 60% (was 30%) shock effectiveness.
Servitor Share - decreased bonus to P.Def and M.Def from 75% to 60%.
Life enchant route now increases Max HP by 35% (was 20%).
When any Arcane Lord summon is under attack there is a 5% chance to apply Feline Touch trigger-buff to all nearby party members. Feline Touch - increases P.Atk by 10% and resistance to debuff attacks by 10% for 20 seconds.
When any Elemental Master summon is under attack there is a 5% chance to apply Seraphim Touch trigger-buff to all nearby party members. Seraphim Touch - increases M.Atk by 10% and resistance to debuff attacks by 10% for 20 seconds.
When any Spectral Master summon is under attack there is a 5% chance to apply Phantom Touch trigger-buff to all nearby party members. Phantom Touch - increases P.Def and M.Def by 5% and resistance to debuff attacks by 10% for 20 seconds.

Kai the Cat:
  • Can apply bleeding from regular attacks.
Feline Queen:
  • Cure of Queen - additionally removes debuffs from block shield/block wind walk.
Seraphim the Unicorn:
  • Cure of Seraphim - additionally can remove petrification.
Merrow the Unicorn:
  • Hydro Screw - increased skill power from 110 to 150 (enchanted +30 now has 180 power, was 140)
Magnus Unicorn:
  • Tidal Wave - Increased power from 180 to 220. Cooldown increased from 8 to 12s.
Nightshade
  • Increased effect of Curse of Shade and Mass Curse of Shade when enchanted. +30 skill decreased enemy P.Def by 30% (was 10%) and M.Def by 30% (was 10%).
Silhouette
  • Steal Blood - increased skill power from 110 to 150 (enchanted +30 now has 180 power, was 140). Restores 50% HP (was 20%). Changed attack type from "non-elemental" to "dark".
  • Added new skill Unholy Weakness - decreases enemy resistance to unholy attacks by 25% (higher level of enchant Silhouette provides better chance to apply debuff).
Soulless
  • Can apply poison from regular attacks.
Reanimated Man
  • Enchant route Shield changed to Life.
Corrupted Man
  • Steal Blood - increased skill power from 110 to 150 (enchanted +30 now has 180 power, was 140). Restores 50% HP (was 20%). Changed attack type from "non-elemental" to "dark".
  • Added new skill Unholy Weakness - decreases enemy resistance to unholy attacks by 25% (higher level of enchant Corrupted Man provides better chance to apply debuff).
Mass Recharge - in addition to MP recovery, reduces skill MP consumption by 100% for 30 seconds.
Miracle - in addition to HP recovery, increases power of HP recovery magic by 100% for 30 seconds.
Purification Field - in addition to mass cleanse, increases resistance to debuff attacks by 30% for 30 seconds.
Purification Field can be learned also by Hierophant.
Mass Restoration - new active skill for Hierophant on level 79. Instantly restores 15% of Max HP for all nearby party members. Cooldown 15 seconds.
Divine Punishment - new active skill for Hierophant on level 40. Calls down the gods' retribution to inflict holy damage on the enemy using 40-72 Power added to M. Atk (depending on skill level).
Absolute Clarity - effect of HP recovery magic increased from 20% to 30%.
Thorn Root - decreased duration from 30s to 15s.
Lightning Barrier - additionally increases resistance to melee attacks by 10%.
Magical Backfire - can be also learned by Shilien Elder.
Restoration - new active skill for Shilien Saint on level 77. Recovers HP by 20%. Can be enchanted on Power or Recycle. (+15 Power recovers 35% HP). Cooldown 12 seconds (+15 Recycle = cd 6 seconds).
Soul Vortex - new active skill for Doomcryer at level 77. Stirs up a vortex connecting to the dimension of souls and inflicts non-attribute damage on the enemy with 112 Power added to M. Atk. For 30 seconds, decreases Speed by 20%, Atk. Spd. by 30%, and Casting Spd. by 30%. Consumes 12 MP every second. Over-hit is possible. Cooldown 15 seconds.
Soul Barrier - new self buff for Doomcryer at level 78. This is self buff. Spreads the soul's defensive barrier to increase your Resistance to bow attacks by 20% and M.Def. by 100% for 10 seconds. Can be enchanted on Time (Max duration 25s). Cooldown 45 seconds.
Burning Chop - additionally decreases enemy P.Atk and M.Atk by 23%.
Seal of Limit - decreased cooldown from 30s to 20s.
Seal of Blockade - decreased cooldown from 45s to 20s.
Ritual of Life - increased amount of CP recovered from 858 to 1287. Additionally increased amount of CP recovered when enchanted on Power (+30 Power = 1479 CP, was 986 CP).
The Honor of Pa'agrio - increased amount of CP recovered from 687 to 1030. Additionally increased amount of CP recovered when enchanted on Power (+30 Power = 1184 CP, was 789 CP).

Patchnotes - Autumn Season (2024)


Introduction
Greetings, Dexters!
For many years, we have tried to give you a new gaming experience every season, so that the game does not get boring and feels new. Without changing traditions, we do it again!
This time we decided to lower the tempo and therefore the overall server rate is not x50 but x25.
You will have to fight for equipment that in previous years could be obtained practically for nothing. The main things that can be highlighted are:
  • A/S-Grade equipment
  • Giant's Codexes
  • Enchant Scrolls
  • Masterwork Items
Looking ahead, I will say that this seasonal server, like all the previous ones, will sooner or later be merged with the UNION server.
But, unlike previous seasonal servers, this time we do not determine a specific date when this will happen, it will depend on you - the players!
When that moment comes, we will make sure that the players of the new server catch up with the UNION in terms of equipment, but until that time the new season will develop at its own pace.
Therefore, we recommend that you do not worry about what will happen sometime in the future, but enjoy the game today.

Main changes
  • You can run maximum 3 boxes (characters) in one time, from 1 PC.
  • Astarte no longer sell B and A-Grade equipment for ToD, but you still can buy D, C and low B-Grade equipment for adena.
  • Astarte no longer sell recipes for A-Grade equipment.
  • A-Grade gemstones appears with Mammons. S-Grade gemstones delayed 1 more week.
  • You can register only 1 box for Olympiad/TvT and other simmilar events.
  • The amount of enchant scroll has been significantly reduced.
  • The amount of Giant's Codexes has been significantly reduced.
  • Talents tier 1 will be available to learn on October 14th, tier 2 on October 21th and full tree on October 28th.
  • You can exchange talent points for non tradable version of Giant's Codex at any time.
  • Introduced elite version of monsters which are more powerful than regular monsters but gives better drop (click for details).
  • Removed extra monsters spawn at evening from dark side Primeval Island. Now dark side have the same amount of monsters all time.
  • Reworked drop/spoil from Tyrannosaurus:
    • Instead of S-Grade weapons you can drop/spoil Top A-Grade weapons and weapon parts
    • Removed enchant scrolls from drop
    • Greatly reduced chances to get enchant scrolls from spoil
  • Manor: GCM replaced with GC (default price).
  • Common Charms added to the game. This charms can be obtained on early stages from instances. They gives minor bonuses and cannot be augmented, but can be upgraded.
  • Left part of Hellbound Island is no longer PvP area.
  • Removed adena drop from Hellbound island. You can sell Hellbound Coins for 5,000 adena each to NPC.
  • Drop from monsters on Hellbound reworked to be more suitable for the new seasonal server concept. (details will be added later)
  • Assortment and prices at Giran Harbor Fair have been reworked. Masterwork items appear less frequently.
  • Increased cost of the dimensional stones (needed to teleport at ToI):
    • Green Dimensional Stone from 100k to 200k
    • Blue Dimensional Stone from 250k to 1kk
    • Red Dimensional Stone from 500k to 4kk
  • Apella Sets now can be obtained only at Combat Manager for tokens. No longer available to purchase with clan reputation points.
  • TvT points formula has been reworked. Best rewards will be given to all members of best parties in each team. The chance to get the best reward when playing without a party tends to zero.
  • TvT seasons are available from the first weeks, but some specific goods will be added later, with episodes.
  • Value of combat coins decreased 10 times. That means it will drop ~10 times more often than before, but goods will require 10 times more coins. Example: Ring of Queen Ant old price was 125 CC, new price will be 1250 CC.
  • Added new type of pvp event with fullbuff, ranking and seasons - "Arena 1x1". (details will be added soon in separate topic)
  • Drop in dimensional rift was increased. Respawn time of monsters decreased.
  • Changed the strength of monsters in the Cursed Town to make it harder to farm without a party.
  • Reduced drop amount of craft materials (resources) from x20 back to x5 like it was years ago.
  • Reduced amount of resources at Giran Harbor fair.
  • Chance to craft masterwork items was greatly decreased, but you still can upgrade it with neolithic crystal at Mammon:
    • B-Grade from 8% to 4%.
    • A-Grade from 8% to 2%.
    • S-Grade from 8% to 1%.
  • At this season it is more difficult to obtain S-Grade equipment, so we also change quest rate of the following quests:
    • Gather the Flames x1 (was x2)
    • Relics of the Old Empire x1 (was x2)
    • War with Ketra Orcs/Varka Silenos x3 (was x5)
  • Decreased drop chance of neolithic splinters from raid bosses and catacomb/necropolis keepers.
  • Neolithic splinters no longer obtainable from instance zones.
  • Decreased chance to level up Soul Crystal 13 at Anakazel from 35% to 20%.
  • Raid boss Shadow of Halisha (four sepulchers) can level up Soul Crystal 13. (check details in ALT+B)
  • Alternative versions of epic bosses Core, Queen Ant, Orfen, Zaken for the American time zone added to the game. Can drop only pieces of epic jewelry.
  • Black Marketeer of Mammon can exchange piece of epic jewelry for 7-day version of epic jewelry.
  • Epic boss Trasken is available with earlier episodes.
  • Instance with Epic boss Tiat is available with earlier episodes.

Fortress/Castle Instances:
  • Fortress/Castle Prison:
    • Added 1-time quests for Fortress/Castle Cloak.
    • Incerased boss damage - from time to time they can activate "Rampage" and hit much harder.
    • Drop: Dungeon marks, Supply Chest (Potions), Supply Chest (Training) and items for clan skills.
    • Camp Warden exchanges dungeon marks for: badges or items for clan skills.
    • You can purchase Knight's Belt in fortress and upgrade it with dungeon marks:
      • Knight's Belt (CP) increases Max CP by 720 and PvP Defense by 3% (even if not enchanted).
      • Royal Knight's Belt (CP) increases Max CP by 960 and PvP Defense by 4% (even if not enchanted).
  • Rim Pailaka:
    • Incerased damage of monsters in waves.
    • Drop: Dungeon Marks, Blood Oath, Castle Jewelry pieces.


Skill Changes
  • Masterwork "Concentration" - reduced bonus to ability damage from 10% to 5%.
  • Special Ability "Anger" increases P.Atk by 25%, but decreases Max HP by 35%.
  • Special Ability "Wide Blow" - additionally increases the number of targets that can be hit with one blow by 5.
  • Special Ability "Towering Blow" - additionally increases P.Atk. by 15%.
  • Special Ability "Critical Poison" - decreased damage per second from 160 to 100, decreased activation rate with range weapons.
  • Special Ability "Critical Bleed" - decreased damage per second from 120 to 80, decreased activation rate with range weapons.
  • Special Ability "Critical Slow" - decreased activation rate from 40% to 25%.
  • Special Ability "Critical Stun" - additionally increases effectiveness of shock attacks by 10%. Following type of weapons have corresponding chance to trigger stun when crit: Polearms - 40%, Fist - 30%, Bows - 20%.
  • Soul Bow "Cheapshot" replaced with "Critical Stun".
  • Soul Separator "Guidance" replaced with "Critical Poison".
Dual Weapon Mastery - added new enchant route "Critical Power" - increases critical damage with dualsword weapons up to +10%.
Blunt Mastery - (dwarf passive) decreased bonus to movement speed (when enchanted) from 20 to 12. When enchanted +30 "Critical Power" gives +10% critical damage with blunts.
Armor Crush - increased reuse delay from 4s to 8s.
Frenzy/Guts - increased reuse delay from 180s to 240s.
Sonic Storm - increased reuse delay from 2.2s to 2.8s.
Force Storm - increased reuse delay from 1.8s to 2.4s.
Sonic Move - decreasead effectivenes off enchant "Time". Fully enchanted skill increases effect time by +5s instead of +15s.
Force Meditation - decreased HP regeneration from 240 HP/s to 80 HP/s. Fully enchanted skill now regenerates 160 HP/s.
Fury Fists - additionally increases physical skill MP consumption by 100%.
Ultimate Escape - can be learned by Scavenger/Bounty Hunter on levels 36/52. Can be enchanted on Time and Recovery.
Fortune Shield - new skill for Fortune Seeker at level 79. Increases P.Def and M.Def by 100% for 10 seconds.
Dagger Mastery (trigger which applies when hit with autoattack) - additionally increased critical damage from behind by 30%. Can be useful in PvE.
Backstab - increased chance of half-kill attacks from 6% to 10%.
Lethal Blow - enchanted skill have slightly increased chance of lethal attacks (was 4.5% now 5%)
Shadow Step - autolearn on level 40. (Yes, we rolled back our previous change which was made as a part of "back to the roots" concept and we hope it will be the last change to this skill)
Trick - additionally have a 40% chance to interrupt the enemy's skill casting (even if target is not removed).
Switch - additionally have a 20% chance to interrupt the enemy's skill casting (even if target is not removed).
Trickster Mastery - new passive skill with trigger effect for dagger classes. Can be learned on level 79 with skillbook. Increases effectiveness of mental/shock/poison/bleed attacks by 5%. When uses Trick or Switch has a 5% chance to trigger a selfbuff "Trickster Mastery".
Trickster Mastery (trigger) - increases Atk.Spd with daggers by 15% and decreases physical skill MP consumption by -15% for 15 seconds.
Endless Adventure - additionally cleanses debuffs when triggered.
Wind Gust - additionally decreases physical skill MP consumption by -25%.
Assassination - increased bonus to P.Atk from 70 to 100. Additionally decreases physical skill MP consumption by -10%. Added new enchant route "Power" - increases frontal critical damage (up to 15%).
Debuffs from nukes enchanted on "Fire/Water/Wind Vulnerability" replaces each other.
Inferno - increased damage over time from 60 to 90 HP/s. There is a chance that the effect will become stronger (120/150/180) and last longer if the enemy takes damage.
Throne of Fire - additionally decreases enemy critical damage and magic critical damage by -30%.
Slow - changed enchant route "Defense" to "Power". Fully enchanted skill can decrease enemy speed by -50%.
Death Mark - decreased debuff resistance effect replaced with decreased resistance to mental attacks by 20%.
Mass Warror/Mage Bane - chance to remove buffs decreased and now is the same as a single target Warrior/Mage Banes.
Rapid Fire - additionally decreases skill power by -25%. Enchant route "Decrease Penalty" also reduces penalty to skill power, so +30 skill has only -10% to skill power.
Arrow Rain - decreased poison damage from 120 to 66 HP per second.
Bull's Eye - added enchant route Time.
Mind's Eye - additionally increases the user's Max CP by 100%. and regenerates 100% of the user's original CP.
Heavy Arrows - fixed issue with MP consumption, now when toggle enabled you lose 3 MP per second. Effectiveness of shock attacks decreased from 15% to 10%. But when skill fully enchanted the chance is the same as before - 25%.
Patience - removed PvP Defense bonus from trigger.
Touch of Life - decreased resistance to buff-canceling attacks from 60% to 30%.
Spirit of Phoenix/Seed of Revenge/Eva's Will/Pain of Shilen - decreased chance to trigger skill from 50% to 40%.
Insane Crusher - increased skill power from 8400 to 9660.
Touch of Eva - additionally restores full CP when used.
Divine Aura - increased duration from 10s to 30s. Increased activation rate from 40% to 80%. Additionally decreases P.Def by 30% and causes a loss of 150HP per second.
Poison Cubic (and Poison skill from smart cubic) - changed trait type from "none" to "poison", so now poison resistance works correctly.
Wrath of Shilen - increased damage by ~33% and increased chance to paralyze enemies.
Lightning Strike - damage of this skill is not affected by enemy resistance to paralyze anymore.
Deadly Strike - reuse delay increased from 5s to 10s. Can be used only with sword/dualsword weapons.
Boost Morale - additionaly increases P.Atk 5%/10%/15% when use sword/dualsword weapon. Bonuses to blunt weapons removed.
Battle Whisper - added 2 skill levels. Increases your damage dealt in PvP by 5/7/10%. When using Aggression has chance to increase damage dealt in PvP by 5/7/10% for all party members. Duration 15 seconds. Autolearn on level 40, 52 and 61.
Song of Silence - reduced base duration from 60s to 30s, reduced activation rate from 70% to 60%. A skill enchanted at +15 Time has a duration of 60 sec.
Sword Symphony - can be used only with swords.
Psycho Symphony - can be used only with swords.
Defense Motion - added 2 skill levels. Increases your resistance to damage in PvP by 5/7/10%. When using Aggression has chance to increase resistance to damage in PvP by 5/7/10% for all party members. Duration 15 seconds. Autolearn on level 40, 52 and 61.
Dance of Protection - mechanic is reworked, so now instead of resistance to environment-related damage it recovers HP by a certain rate when being attacked (+/- like blessed blood from SE).
Dance of Abyss - new skill for spectral dancer on level 79. Decreases movement speed of nearby enemies by 50% for 30 seconds. Can be enchanted on Time or Chance. Reuse delay is 60s.
Warrior/Mage Bane - increased reuse delay from 9s to 12s.
Increased base penalty to pvp damage of summoned NPC from 40% to 50%. The curve of decreasing this penalty with skill enchant has been changed, so that the early levels of enchant give minor bonuses. +30 skill works same as before. This change will reduce the summons damage in PvP in the early stages of the game, but will not affect the late game.
Benediction - reduced casting time from 7s to 3s.
Chain Heal - autolearn on level 79 at Hierophant. Increased reuse delay from 5s to 10s.
Surrender to Holy - no longer available for Cleric class, it unlocks after 2nd class change and can be learned by Bishop.
Mass Restoration - can be learned at level 80 with skill-books. Increased reuse delay from 15s to 30s. Increased heal power from 15% to 50%.
Spell Turning - decreased range from 600 to 400.
Soul Vortex - decreased activation rate from 80% to 60%. When enchanted +15 Chance skill has 75% activation rate in total.
Soul Barrier - increased reuse delay from 45s to 60s.
Soul Cleanse - increased MP cost from 32 to 128.
Mana Burn/Mana Storm - decreased basic skill power but increased bonuses from skill enchant. Fully enchanted skill have same power as before.
Mana Storm - decreased chance to apply debuff form 80% to 40%. Decreased debuff duration from 15s to 5s.
Body Withering - new channeling skill for Shilien Elder on levels 52/61/74. Within 15 seconds, constantly applies a debuff which reducing the target's P.Def by -10%/15%/20%. Can be enchanted on Time.
Mind Withering - new channeling skill for Elven Elder on levels 52/61/74. Within 15 seconds, constantly applies a debuff which reducing the target's M.Def by -10%/15%/20%. Can be enchanted on Time.

Patchnotes - Spring Season (2025)



Hi, Dexters!
This is the first season in which a new grade of gear will be available - Dynasty. But don't be afraid, it will be available not from the start, but in about a month and a half.
This time we will try to simplify the gameplay and remove a lot of the boring routine, which was the subject of complaints last seasons.
So more openworld activities and less instances & quests this time!

Main changes
  • Dances/Songs are placed in a separate line of buffs, so a character can have 24 buffs + 12 dances and songs.
    • Decreased value of the most elemental resists buffs from 30% to 20% (so Resist Fire gives 20% instead of 30% etc)
  • Primeval Island changed, now it looks more like a default interlude location.
    • Light side is pvp-zone for Party AOE with good adena drop and exp.
    • Dark side is non-pvp zone.
    • You can drop Giant's Codex at both sides.
    • When you hit Tyrannosaurus you receive flag.
  • Changes with Soul Crystals:
    • You can level up Soul Crystal to level 11, 12 and 13 even without quest and even if you have multiple Soul Crystals in your inventory.
    • Greatly increased chance to level up Soul Crystal to level 11, 12 and 13 at most Raid Bosses.
    • Reduced amount of Dimensional Fragments drop.
  • Everyone can get personal Epic Jewelry from low tier epic bosses (Replica):
    • There are 4 versions of Replica Epic Jewelry: Ring of Queen Ant, Ring of Core , Earring of Orfen, Earring of Zaken.
    • All Temporary versions of Epic jewelry that exist in the game have been replaced with Replica versions. They have no time limit and can be enchanted.

  • Removed following instance zones:
    • Rim Kamaloka
    • Hall of Abyss
    • Labyrinth of Abyss
    • Fortress Dungeons
    • Castle Dungeons
  • Removed following daily quests:
    • All daily quests from NPC Pathfinder (NPC also removed).
    • All daily quests from Hellbound.
    • Holy Grail War quests (and the entire activity/episode were removed)
Because of these changes we want to clarify few things:
  • Level 79 skill books can be obtained through the common quests for S-Grade weapon recipes at IT/FOG. (As example you can exchange some Torches for specific book you need)
  • Level 80 skill books can be obtained from:
    • Olympiad Manager - 100k Olympiad Tokens (books appear at shop after first heroes)
    • Hellbound Shop - require some Hellbound Coins
    • Dimensional Merchant (NPC which can exchange Epic Crystals for Replica and other goods, you can find him at Giran or Giran Harbor)
  • Temporary bracelets with Hot Spring debuffs will be available for tokens from TvT and for Loyalty Points.

Other Changes
  • Low and Top B-Grade equipment available at Astarte shop from the beginning.
  • Champion monsters will be easier, but more rare and more rewarding.
  • When you crystalize item (including the overenchant) you will have chance to receive more crystals than usual.
  • Upgrade to masterwork item with help of Neolithic now requires some Crystals in addition.
  • "Giant's Codex - Oblivion" and "Giant's Codex - Discipline" added to Astarte shop (for adena).
  • Removed NPC with custom T-Shirts from Giran Harbor. It may be added later (at Parnassus).
  • Reworked rewards from TvT and assortment of Combat Manager shop:
    • The difference in prizes for "Best" players and "Others" now are not so significant.
    • Combat Manager shop sell only Apella sets and some consumables. (No Epic Jewelry this season)
      • No skill books from TvT.
      • No belts and belt upgrades from TvT.
  • Drop on the Hellbound was improved.
    • Increased amount of Hellbound Coins from drop.
    • Reworked shop for Hellbound Coins.
    • Hellbound Coins can be sold to NPC for 1,000a (was 5,000a last season).
    • Hellbound is the only place where you can farm Charms.

Item Changes
  • Since castle instances have been removed, castle unique jewelry will appear periodically (randomly) at the corresponding castle merchant.
  • Shirts and Belts:
    • C/B-Grade shirts and belts can be purchased from Astarte for adena.
    • A-Grade shirts and belts can be purchased at Fortress for adena.
    • S-Grade shirts and belts can be purchased at Castles for adena.
  • All Charms now can be augmented. You can receive Charms only on Hellbound.
  • Decreased bonuses of most masterwork armor and armor parts to make them not so important for the game (full details check in game ALT+B)
  • Changed SA for Arcana Mace MP Regeneration to Conversion.
  • SA Backblow now increases critical damage from behind by 30% (was 20%), but decreases frontal critical damage by 30%.

Skill Changes

This time we decided not to make too many changes from last season, so the list is much shorter than usual:
  • All skills with attribute resistance now gives 20% instead of 30%.
  • Since songs and dances were moved to a separate buff line, they now consume MP correctly, based on the official descriptions of skills and Lineage 2 mechanics.
  • Solar Flare - added enchant branch Holy Vulnerabilty. Fully enchanted skill decreases enemy resistance to Holy attacks by -20%.
  • Shadow Flare - added enchant branch "Unholy Vulnerability". Fully enchanted skill decreases enemy resistance to Unholy attacks by -20%.
  • Curse of Doom - reduced base duration from 60s to 30s.
  • Silence - reduced base duration from 60s to 30s.
  • Seal of Silence - reduced base duration from 60s to 30s.
  • Shield Slam - reduced base duration from 60s to 30s.
  • Deadly Strike - reduced skill power by ~33% (from 7306 to 4870).
  • Flame Icon - removed resistance to buff cancelling attacks.
  • Angelic Icon - decreased resistance to buff cancelling attacks from 40% to 20%.
  • Zealot - decreased resistance to buff cancelling attacks from 40% to 20%.
  • Exciting Adventure, Wind Riding, Ghost Walking - removed resistance to buff cancelling attacks.
  • Lethal Shot - increased base reuse time from from 15s to 30s. Added new enchant branch for reuse (-1s per each enchant level).
  • Lethal Blow - changed bonuses from enchant branch "Chance". Now it increases chance for half-kill. Chance for lethal attack cannot be changed with enchant.
  • Resist Shock - decreased bonuses from enchanting. Now +30 skill has 50% resist (was 60%).
  • Dark Blade - removed bonus to effectiveness of Dark attacks. Added 3/5% bonus to P.Atk. with sword/blunt/dualsword weapons (+8% fully enchanted).
  • Holy Blade - removed bonus to effectiveness of Holy attacks. Added 3/5% bonus to P.Atk. with sword/blunt weapons (+8% fully enchanted).
  • Seed of Fire/Water/Wind - increased effectiveness of Fire/Water/Wind attacks by 20% (was 10%).
  • Tribunal/Judgment - can be also used on friendly targets (with pressed Ctrl).

Introduction
Hello, Dexters!
The spring season has come to an end and the merge with the Union server is approaching.
The season turned out to be quite fun and we are very pleased with how the updated buff book and 36 buff slots showed themselves, so we will keep this change.
But due to some features of the Union server (which is 5+ years old!) we are forced to make additional balance changes to nerf some "imbalance" things in the endgame and also to refresh the gameplay a little.
So today we want to share with you a list of changes that will be applied immediately after the merge.

Keep in mind that other changes are possible for the fall season (which starts at the end of September).

Merge:
  • We will merge NEW and UNION servers at August 9.
  • Main changes:
    • Union server will receive all updates from new patch including 36 buff slots and new resist logic.
    • No Replica epic bosses. You can continue use your replica jewelry but cannot make new one or upgrade existing.
    • As usual NPC with Ancient Enchant Scrolls are not available at union.
    • In addition we will install new custom olympiad matchmaking system at merge. This should make pairs more fair and feeding harder.
  • Bug fixes:
    • Fixed issue which in some cases caused debuffs with vulnerability to a certain type of weapon to work with double efficiency and even affect magic damage as well. This problem was only on the seasonal server (that's why Dreadnought, Spectral Dancer and some other classes damage was higher than expected)
    • Fixed issue with clan limits, so after merge you can bring only 27 players from your clan or alliance to combat zones at epic/sieges etc.
    • Fixed issue with reflect damage in cases when initial hit oneshot target. Now even if target dies you will receive reflected damage. Amount of reflected damage in such cases is limited by target HP/CP pool. As example if someone hit with 100k damage to target with 10k hp/cp and 50% reflect the amount of damage reflected will be 10k * 50% = 5k.

Item Changes:
Dynasty SetsDecreased resistance to debuff attacks from 30% to 20%.
Charm of AssassinationChanged bonus from "Increased critical damage by 500" to "Increases Critical Damage by 5%"
Charm of FocusChanged bonus from +10 crit.chance to +10% crit.chance per level. Crit.chance calculated from basic weapon crit rate.
Masterwork bonus - ConcentrationWe rollback previous change, so now it gives +10% skill damage (was 5%).

Class Skill Changes:
FrenzyChanged core mechanic of the skill, so now it gives most powerful bonuses only when your life is < 30% (as it was on Gracia Final and higher chronicles).
All bonuses to P.Atk were decreased. Completely removed specific bonuses to P.Atk with a bow, but general bonus to P.Atk. still affects bow and other weapons.

Quick example: Before change Titan on full life had 27k P.Atk, after change it has 23k P.Atk on low life and only 12k P.Atk on full life. So if you want to use full power of frenzy make sure you keep < 30% Max HP. With a bow if an old P.Atk was a 10k then a new P.Atk. will be ~6.6k
Madness of Pa'agrioThe skill has been changed to make using the new Frenzy mechanics more comfortable.
For 90 seconds 30% of the standard melee damage inflicted on the enemy is recovered as HP. Blocks HP recovery at a level not exceeding 30% of Max HP.
RageDecreased P.Def by -30% (was -20%).
Dread PoolDecreased activation rate from 80% to 60%.
Fell SwoopDecreased bonus to P.Atk. from 25% to 15%.
Focus AttackDecreased bonus from skill enchant. +30 skill increases Critical Power by 45% (was 60%).
Shield of FaithIncreased reuse delay from 120 to 300s.
Flame IconIncreased reuse delay from 120s to 180s.
SacrificeDecreases bonuses from skill enchant 2 times. Now +30 skill heals with 2070 power (before change was 3002 power)
Touch of EvaIncreased reuse delay from 120s to 180s. Removed debuff immunity.
Now it increases P.Atk./M.Atk. by 30%, increases the power of received HP recovery magic by 30%, resistance to Fire/Water/Wind/Earth attacks by 20%, resistance to melee attacks by 20% and resistance to debuffs by 60%.
Insane CrusherIncreased chance to remove buffs.
Wrath of ShilenDecreased skill power from 400 to 300 and decreased reuse delay from 15s to 10s.
All knight seedsChance to trigger seed level up is changed from static to dynamic. So, chance to level up seed from 0 to 1st level is 30%, 2nd level - 45%, 3rd level - 60%.
Death ShotIncreased cast time from 3.5s to 4s.
Phantom DashNew selfbuff for Phantom Ranger. Autolearn at lvl 60.
For 15 seconds increases Speed by 40 and provides a chance to cancel the target of an attacking enemy. Effect is cancelled if any action other than move is initiated. Reuse delay 30s.
Heavy ArrowsDecreased effectiveness of skill enchant. +15 skill gives +20% effectiveness of shock attacks (before change was +25%).
Hamstring ShotDecreased basic activation rate from 70% to 60%. Added new enchant branch Power which increases power of slow effect. +15 Power reduces enemy speed by 45% for 30 seconds.
Burst ShotIncreases bonuses from skill enchant. Decreased reuse delay from 6s to 5s.
VeilReduced chance to avoid magic skills from 30% to 10%. (in future we will add enchant to increase power up to 20%)
Mass Warrior/Mage BaneIncreased chance to remove buffs.
Great FuryRemoved bonuses to Critical Damage and skill reuse.

Sacred ResurrectionNew skill for Eva's Saint. Autolearn at level 79. Resurrects nearby dead party members, removes all negative effects and restores 70% of Exp. Consumes 5 Einhasad's Divine Water. Reuse delay 120 seconds.
Mass ResurrectionAdded to Shilien Elder class.

Other Skill Changes:
Talent: Physical FocusChanged bonus from +10 crit.chance to +10% crit.chance per level. Crit.chance calculated from basic weapon crit rate.
Talent: Improved PrayerDecreased prayer effect from 20% to 10%.
Talent: Improved ReflectDecreased reflect power from 20% to 10%.
Hot Springs RheumatismChanged bonus from +100 crit.chance to +100% crit.chance. Crit.chance calculated from basic weapon crit rate. (in other words works same as Song of Hunter now)
Hot Springs MalariaEffect "decrease MP consumption" switched to "increased MP consumption" to make this debuff more logical.

To avoid delaying the patch notes, we’ve decided to split them into two parts.
Right now, we’re publishing the patch notes focused on balance changes (skill changes).
In the second part, we’ll share details about gameplay updates, world changes, activities, and more.

Skill Changes

Basic
  • Increased bonuses from talent Improved Concentration (was +20, now +100 per level).
  • Elemental Heal - decreased values from enchant branch "Power". (+30 Power heal decreased from 1640 to 1146)
  • Slightly decreased penalties from Hot Spring debuffs made on merge.
  • Hot Springs Malaria - Casting Spd. is increased by 16% and your MP consumption is increased by 8%.
  • Hot Springs Flu. - Atk. Spd. is increased by 16%, but P. Atk. is decreased by 8%.
  • Hot Springs Cholera - Accuracy is increased by 10, but Evasion is decreased by 6.
  • Hot Springs Rheumatism - critical attack success rate is increased by 100%, but P.Def. is decreased by 8%.

Fighters/Tanks
  • Madness of Pa'agrio - book can be obtained at Forge of Goods or Imperial Tomb instead of Expose Weak Point. This will allow you to use new frenzy mechanic more comfortable at early stages of the server.
  • Expose Weak Point - decreases enemy P.Def. by 30% (was 20%) increased activation rate from 40% to 80%.
  • Fury Fists - added new enchant branch Cost. +30 Cost increases skill MP consumption by 50% (not enchanted skill increases it by 100%).
  • All Tyrant's Spirit Totems - increased base reused delay from 30s to 60s.
  • Counter Rage - renamed to Duel Expertise. In addition to current effect now also increases Atk.Spd. by 15%.
  • Counter Critical - renamed to Combat Expertise. In addition to current effect now also increases P.Atk. by 15%.
  • Shield of Faith decreased reuse delay from 300s to 240s ( previous nerf looks too much ;) ).
  • Insane Crusher - increased skill power to 8400 (was 7240) and decreases effectiveness of receiving HP recovery by 100% (was 30%).
  • Smoke Grenade - new skill for Fortune Seeker from skillbook (replaces Eye for Eye). Eye for Eye autolearn at level 79. Creates smokescreen and hides the user for 5s. Smokescreen causes the enemy to lose target and reduces their resistance to short-range weapons by 20% for 30s. Cooldown 60s.
  • Frenzy - we don't want to change new mechanic of this skill but we decided slightly increase bonuses while you are at full life:
Before change: Increases P. Atk. by 30% when using a sword/blunt/spear weapon. Additionally increases P.Atk. with swrod/blunt/spear weapon by 100% when HP is below 30%. When using a two-handed sword/blunt weapon, additionally increases Accuracy by 6 and P. Atk. by 20%.
After change: Increases P. Atk. by 40% when using a sword/blunt/spear weapon. Additionally increases P.Atk. with swrod/blunt/spear weapon by 100% when HP is below 30%. When using a two-handed sword/blunt weapon, additionally increases Accuracy by 6 and P. Atk. by 40%.
In simple words after update you will have ~25% more damage with Frenzy. It affects both options: < 30% HP or > 30% HP.

Mages/Summoners
  • All single target skills with "Surrender to ... " - increased base reuse delay from 4-5s to 15s.
  • Arcane Chaos - increased reuse delay from 5s to 30s. Changed type form "Mental" to "None".
  • Death Mark - instead of "block resurrection" decreases resistance to Dark attacks by -20%.
  • Transfer Pain - decreased effectiveness of skill enchant (from 70% to 60%).
  • Parasite Burst - (skill of summon Soulless) Renamed to Body Burst. Not requires dead body to start cast. Changed type from "Fire" to "Unholy". Decreased aoe radius from 300 to 200.
  • Warrior/Mage Bane - increased reuse delay from 12 to 15s.
  • Increases bonuses from enchant any summons on branch "Empower" (was 30% now 60%).
  • Leopold - decreased skill power from 250 to 200.
  • Diamond Dust - decreased cooldown from 60s to 30s.

Healers/Enchanters
  • Celestial Shield - decreased reuse delay from 600s to 180s.
  • Gravity Shackles - new skill for cardinal, autolearn at level 78. Lifts the enemy into the air and completely immobilizes them for a short period of time. Duration 10s. Cooldown 120s. Range 400.
  • Absolute Clarity - skill is greatly reworked. Decreased clarity effect from -100% by -30%. Additionally increases resistance to debuff attacks by 30%. Decreased MP cost from 1000 to 200. Reduced cooldown from 300s to 60s. Burns 30% of self Max MP when used (this value is not affected by any MP cost decreases/increases). If current MP < 30% but have enough MP to use skill - after use you will have 0 MP but skill will be used.
  • Madness - (overlord skill) skill completely reworked and now this is a single target debuff which decreases enemy resistance to debuff attacks by -30% and forces enemy to lose their target durring attack. Duration 30 seconds. Cooldown 60 seconds. Type "None".
  • Great Fury - no more bonuses for specific type of weapons, buff simply gives 20% P.Atk., 20% Atk.Spd. and 20 Speed.

Archers
  • Mind's Eye - Resistance to debuff attacks was decreased from 80% to 40%.
  • Multiple Shot - skill reworked and now available for all archers at level 78 (autolearn). Attacks multiple enemies in front of you with 6600 Power added to P. Atk. Over-hit and Critical hit are possible. Range 700. Reuse time 40s. Can be enchanted on Power. +15 skill attacks with 9600 Power.
  • Barrage Shot - new skill for Moonlight Sentinel from skillbook (replaces Multiple Shot). Slowly prepares, then quickly shoots four arrows with 4400 Power added to P. Atk. Each shot has a chance to cancel the enemy's target. Over-hit and Critical hit are possible. Reuse time 60s. MP Cost 100 + 50 MP per each arrow (can be interrupted). Each arrow has its own crit chance, so as example you can do 3 crit + 1 nocrit etc.
  • Detection - new skill for all archers. Autolearn on level 74. Finds any enemies and traps hidden in 400 range.
  • Spirit of Sagittarius - decreased bonuses from skill enchanted on "Power". Fully enchanted skill increases skill power by +10% (was 20% before).
  • Mastery of Sagittarius - new self buff for all archers. Autolearn on levels 52/60/72. Increases skill power by 5/7/10%. Can be enchanted on Power. +30 skill increases skill power by 20% in total.
  • Lethal Shot - cooldown decreased form 30s to 20s. Base lethal chance decreased from 4% to 3%. (Enchanted +15 Recycle has cooldown 10s instead of 15)
  • Ghost Piercing - now decreases target's P.Def./M.Def. by 30% (was 23%).
  • Fatal Counter - increased bonuses of branch "Power" (+30 has 30880 power). Removed enchant branch "Duel". Instead of branch "Duel" now skill has branch "Critical" which allows to increase critical hit chance for this skill from 25% to 50%.

Rogues
  • Shadow Step - autolearn at level 76 and 3rd class change (before was at lvl 40).
  • Trick - increased chance to interrupt enemy skill cast from 40% to 60%.
  • Switch - increased chance to interrupt enemy skill cast from 20% to 40%.
  • Lethal Blow - decreased chance to apply "lethal hit from 3% to 2%.
  • Deadly Blow/Backstab/Blinding Blow - cannot apply "lethal hit", but still can apply "half-kill" (affects CP not HP).
  • Critical Blow - increaed chance to apply "lethal hit" from 0.4% to 6%.
  • Critical Wound - increased activation rate from 80 to 100 (but this doesn't mean chat chance to apply debuff is always 100%, enemy still have some defences and can resist).
  • Veil - skill slightly reworked: For 30 seconds, increases M.Def. by 200 and magical attack Evasion Rate by 15% and decreases Speed by 20. Added enchant branch "Power". +30 skill increases magic Evasion Rate by 30%.
  • Hide - added mana cost for use - 100 MP.
  • Trickster Mastery - (trigger effect) decreases physical skill MP consumption by 30% (was 15%).

We’re excited to share the second and final part of the Patch Notes for the upcoming Autumn Season!
This update covers the global server changes, so make sure to check it out carefully.


General Changes
  • Top B-Grade items can be purchased at the GM Shop from the beginning. Their price is high, so crafting and dropping them remain viable options.
  • Instead of Hot Springs Bracelets, cheap Hot Spring Potions were added. They apply the desired Hot Springs debuff for 1 hour.
  • Karma now decreases more slowly.
  • The price of the Apella Set at the Combat Manager (TvT) has been reduced.
  • Adjusted prices of A/S-Grade shots at the GM Shop:
    • B-Grade: no changes.
    • A-Grade: +50%.
    • S-Grade: +100%.
  • Increased the amount of scrolls required to exchange for Blessed Scrolls at the GM Shop:
    • BEAA/BEWA: now require x10 EAA/EWA (was x7)
    • BEAS/BEWS: now require x10 EAS/EWS (was x5)
  • Changes with Auxiliarty Stones:
    • Changed logic of Auxiliary Stones. Now they grants flat bonus to enchant chance.
      • Old logic example: final chance = base chance * (1 + bonus chance/100) = 70% * (1 + 0.1) = 77%.
      • New logic example: final chance = base chance + bonus chance = 70% + 10% = 80%.
    • Changed bonuses of Auxiliarty Stones:
      • Armor C: bonus 24%.
      • Armor B: bonus 18%.
      • Armor A: bonus 15%.
      • Armor S: bonus 12%.
      • Weapon C: bonus 16%.
      • Weapon B: bonus 12%.
      • Weapon A: bonus 10%.
      • Weapon S: bonus 8%.
    • Now you can see real enchant chances on interface window.
  • Changes with Primeval Island:
    • Tyrannosaurus:
      • Increased Max HP and drop.
      • Respawn time reduced from 480s to 300s.
      • CRP reward reduced from 250 to 100.
    • Quest “Rise and Fall of the Elroki Tribe”: the number of quest items required to obtain Top A-Grade parts increased from 100 to 1000.
    • Life Stone drop rate increased x2.
    • Adena drop increased approximately x1.5–x2 (depending on monster type).
  • Tiat quest is now available for characters level 76–80 (was only 80).
  • Increased chance to drop Giant's Codex from monsters.
  • Increased amount of Neolithic Splinters dropped from Raid Bosses.

Replica

The initial M.Def of Replica Jewelry has been lowered, but it increases with each stage. At Stage 5, M.Def is the same as before.
Time limit to enter the Replica boss increased from 1h to 4h, so you can plan your activities and choose better time to go replica.

Changed available options for entrance. Now you can choose one of 3 options to fight replica epic boss:
  • Party zone (grants 150 Epic Fragments) - only one party (6–9 players) can enter.
  • PVE Command Channel zone (grants 200 Epic Fragments) - a personal instance for CC (minimum 2 parties, maximum 3 parties).
  • (not available from start!) PvP Command Channel zone (grants up to 250 Epic Fragments) - you have some time to register, after that you will be teleported with other players inside instance zone and start fight for boss.
    • Players can re-enter after death. In simple words it will looks like a copy of a regular epic boss fight with other players.
    • Reward for killing a boss divided between all alive players near the boss when it dies. As example boss have pool of 25,000 framgents which are divided between nearby alive players, but no more than 250 fragments per player. So make sure you kill all nearby enemies before finish the boss.
    • Maximum obtainable fragments per player: 250 (even when killing the boss solo).
    • If the PvP Replica attempt fails, players can enter the PvE version (after the PvP instance closes).
  • Everyone who killed real epic will get 300 Epic Fragments.
Also changed requirements to upgrade stages of Replica Jewelry:
  • Stage 1 - x250 Fragments + x1 Black Ore jewelry.
  • Stage 2 - x500 Fragments + x1 Replica Stage 1 + x1 Phoenix jewelry
  • Stage 3 - x750 Fragments + x1 Replica Stage 2 + x1 Majestic jewelry
  • Stage 4 - x1000 Fragments + x1 Replica Stage 3 + x1 Tateossian jewelry
  • Stage 5 - x1500 Fragments + x1 Replica Stage 4 + x1 Dynasty jewelry
Ring of Core and Earring of Orfen gain their active skills only at Stage 4 and 5.


Olympiad Jewelry

Old Olympiad Jewelry has been removed from the game.
Instead, regular and masterwork A/S-Grade jewelry can be upgraded with a {PvP} enchantment at the Olympiad Manager.
Enchant level is preserved (e.g. Tateossian Ring +6 becomes Tateossian Ring +6 {PvP}).
Example: Tateossian Ring {PvP} has the same bonuses as the old Olympiad Ring (Stage 3), but can be augmented and has higher M.Def (same as TT).
The best option is Masterwork Dynasty Jewelry {PvP}, though it will be difficult to obtain.

Price to upgrade jewelry with "PvP" enchantment:
  • Low A-Grade: x20 Medal of Glory
  • Top A-Grade: x40 Medal of Glory
  • Low S-Grade: x80 Medal of Glory
  • Top S-Grade: x160 Medal of Glory

Hellbound Changes
  • To fix some issues with adena during Hellbound episodes we decided to make following steps:
    • Increased price of Hellbound Coins from 1000a to 2500a (when sold to NPC).
    • Adena added to 7 Raid Bosses (Seven Deadly Sins).
    • Increased amount of HBC dropped by Flame Scorpions.
  • Decreased AA drop at Ancient Mansion, but increased HBC drop.
  • Gem Dragons are now immune to Stun.
  • Reduced chance of additional Chimeras spawning when Chimera Celtus dies.
  • Batwing Drake spot will be reworked to be more suitable for archer parties.
  • Full rework of Anomic Foundry location. Details will be later, but now we can say:
    • No more Elixirs (elexirs at Union server will be deleted at merge).
    • No more Quest.
    • Location planned to be solo pvp zone with better drop.

Isle of Prayer Changes
  • In general slightly decreased monster damage.
  • First spots at Chromatic Highlands reworked to be more PvP-friendly and rewarding.
  • Group monsters at Chromatic Highlands are now easier to kill.
  • Increased adena drop at Crokian spots, but monsters became more deadly.

New Features

Dex Shop button
- now you can purchase goods from GM shop whenever you want!


Newbie Path - this is a chain of simple quests aimed at simplifying the leveling.


New Crystalization system - All classes now can crystalize items. You gain more crystals when you break/crystalize enchanted items (+4 or higher) . In addition you can receive bonus items like Neolithic or Enchant Scrolls.
