I have spotted 2:

1. Mana Gain dont procs correct value - with m.gain +115mp without +106mp
2. Battle roar fails some1 tolds..

2. Battle roar only triggers is the character doesn't have a higher level HP buff like bless the body. It was always like that.

Recharge on the other hand looks somehow buged tho for example:
85lvl Se with +0 recharge on 85lvl titan no mana gain recharges 54mp while same Se with recharge+1 cost recharges 81 and same se with recharge +30 cost recharges 136 as it should be with +0 +1 and +30
with recharge power +30 recharges 156 with mana gain and recharge power+30 241
kinda too lazy to upload more screens

Amount of mana you get depends on the level difference between skill level of recharge(which increases by enchanting) and level of player receiving the recharge.

So im not recharger but Se 85lvl giving Titan 85lvl 54mp is retail like with skill that cost 133mp?
And adding +1 on skills on cost not on power increase skills recharge power from 54 to 81 that is 50% increase if u count 54 as a base is also retail like?

54 - not base, it with penalty, depends on the difference of the levels of skill and character (76 level of recharge, and 85 level of char)
when you enchant rech +1, you increase the level of skill and reduces penalty. Fully penalty disappears when enchanted by +13.

+15 full disappears. Anyway it same like with lethal (turn undead) +7 for 83 lvl mobs ~+11 for 84 lvl and +15 max lvl of skill to 85 lvl.

Every server which I played recharge +0 with mana gain its more than 150 mana for sure.

i click on mana potion and no mp is restored... it is not such a big problem since there will not be mp pots on official start, but thought you might wanna know

U had right +13 give full potential. +0 gives 80-90 mana with mana gain
