Hello, saw "rune of crystal" in donation shop at alt+b, as i understand it can make 20 lvl to be available to wear s grade. Looking for more info about this, will it be on live server? If yes, then i dont understand how its possible on this kind of server.

no, is 3-5 levels...ex: if you are level 56 and u have rune of crystal level 5 in inventory you can wear A grade.

Ahh, now it's clear. I though it lowers grade penalty, not level.
