There has never been an official guide or explanation from official staff for this game, ever. Every single of these obscure mechanics has been tested and confirmed by players. The korean power-wiki used to have good information, but it has been updated to GoD and is therefore no longer accurate to us.

When people run and get detarget (no efect, they run without stoping for even a split of a second) and when they cast a skill and during casting get detarget they still casting and using that skill, autoaimers help with that to ?
