Unable to log in. Account system messing up

Hi.
I've seen a few other people are having the same issue.

I registered my account on Arion 5x with the account name egecas.
I received the activation email.
I activated it.
I have h5 up to date.
I installed your system. The Arion one.
When I try to log in to website (into arion, not dex) or into the game, it says the account name or password is incorrect.
When I try to register again, with the same account name, it says it already exists.

Wtf is going on and how do we fix it?

Try using other browser maybe. Or use forgot pass option . Good luck

Other browser didn't help, neither did password recovery due to the fact that I know what my password is. It is even displayed in the activation email.

did u tried forgot pass ? normally it will activate your account

Yeah I tried it, it activated, I can log in now.
No idea why doing that is necessary, but w/e, we'll let that one slide.

Now I get a message saying "YOu have been disconnected for using an illegal program or you need to update your client" when I log in to my character
Now what?

Alright so aparently dissabling my anti virus (ESET NOD32) helped
