problem with account

while overloging one account it got stucked, its not online but it cannot be loged in, it says its already in game.we are trying to overlog it for 2h now, still cant please if u can unstuck acc or smth. acc;fazeee

The same issue keeps repeating, i hope you will look into it and maybe try to keep up with the people. You mind find people get frustrated over a bug like that since it doesnt allow u to login, and its not bound to a certain area its just completely random.

People say they either dc or get overloged then the next thing they know they cant log the char in and it says "account already in use".
