Help?/lag/account email

Hello , i cant play with this lag,i have 2-3 days with a lot of lag, delay with 20s.. DC.. and my conection is fine, is 6mb, its the conection from mexico to the server i think.
And I want change my email in my account, my account have a wrong email.

You have several proxies to choose at login , it is imposible to have problems on all of them
