I can't log on game

so I did my toon some time ago and I stop cuz I didn't have time
but I'm go backing now I can't log on game

ok .... what I did untill now:

1 - I downloaded full patch Arion and after I made updater of the game
2 - I downloaded the ARION autoupdater High Five(PUT IN L2 FOLDER)
3 - I thought the my internet security was fucking so I turn off it ( I use McAfee livesafe)

and all time I go until the select character and I can't enter on game
hum after I tried to enter sometimes appear one msg that I need to do full update and try to log on other proxy and I did it too
I tried to enter in all proxy and always the same thing
I have one print and post here too

pm me with your acc name and be sure you run a fulls can of your pc using an antivirus . ex eset nod antivirus

so I found the problem but I don't know how I can solve it
my internet security McAfee detect the archive Shield.exe like malware
and I'm working on it now

Add shield.exe in excusion list. Its the antibot

tov, you need now downloan new patch or use updater and press full check.
in 10:00 (+3 gmt) - server restart and we setup new antibot - for enter to game u need update game client (patch)

it's solution for all who have disconnect on server select screen.

Updated, added to excusion list (AVG 2013) and it still not work :x

Anyone from GM/Admin team can help us ? we did everything what u said , uninstall antivir , enable on firewall , reinstall L2 , try a many times to run via updater/antiddos and still cant log in ...

If you could log before then you can now too.if not use a better antivirus, not free ones and close any bot/clicker etc

so yesterday i was in game,everything fine,and now i cant log my char cause of this... is not av/i made update/not clicker or anything that u said. yesterday was ok now i cant log...after i select my chat i get d/c

If u have disconnect on select screen:
1) Send in my PM you login(acc) - we look you logs
2) Delete system folder > download patch and setup him > run udpater and press Full Check > try enter to game (say me if it help you)
if not help >
3) Add all l2folder, l2.exe, shield.exe (from system folder) to exception list in antivirus
4) Full Disable your antivirus
5) try again
and say me result

If u have disconnect affter enter to game - 99% you use bot. Write me you char name and we check it =)
