Can't make update

Hello, everyday when I log in for the first time I make update and it works with no problem, but today I couldn't do it. I pressed the button "check files" but it says "Error while loading options". What am I supposed to do?

Thanks but i tryed that too. I keep trying to make uptade since yesterday and it's still not working
